Saeed Ajmal again proving that he is a capable batsman in the hour of need. Do not think of him as hitting big sixes but he can rotate the strike and hit an odd boundary. Priceless player in the team at the moment

Someone was saying Neil Carter is a genuine fast bowler. Any idea about the speeds? Missing coverage on the television, been waiting for a very long time to see the team in action and now this happens. Not very happy with the broadcast situation. How can cricket scotland make some long term profits if they cannot televise the games that they manage to secure? mind boggling :(

The guy cant bat , cant catch, cant stump and is a damn fixer.

Wardlaw to Saeed Ajmal, OUT, oh dear, terrible shot! Fuller ball which Ajmal pre-meditates a paddle shot. He misses the thing altogether and gets clean bowled. Again a silly shot to get out when he was looking strong.
 
s rotating strike very well. He has changed from a slow great player to an awesome great player. even with the collapse he made 50 with 80 SR.,

waisay yaar ajmal always comes to perform whether its bat or ball. what a wonderful player we have. I wish that after him we will get another like him.

Misbah seems have high regards for Rizwan.... Shud hav tried him in the Scotland series at least
 
It was also being said about Ehsan that he has the potential to bat. Saw him in SAF but against Steyn and co it is too premature to judge him. So hopefully he knows his way around the willow.

Some twenty to thirty runs can prove critical

Why was he not tried than?

Akmal brings nothing to the table, do not know whether he is a fixer for sure or not (innocent until proved guilty) but he is horrible in all departments. Plus super annoying behind the stumps (keeps uttering total rubbish)

Was wondering the same wen squad got announced. At least for Scotland series shud have tried him
 
carter has just been shown by misbah that he was a trundler, he is a trundler and he will always remain a trundler. :P :P
 
inning ends, who would have thought we would score only 231 against SCOTLAND, I repeat SCOTLAND.
if we keep playing like this, phir hamara Allah hi hafiz hai.
 
wardlaw bowling full. Misbah really saved us this time. :four by him man people his age lose form not get the form of a life time. 5 from the last over but 231 for 7 is awsome considering we were 115/5 once.........

However the rest of batsmen need to pull their weight as misbah cannot be expected to save the day every time even though he nearly does.

But misbah 78 from 83 and 93 SR with only 3 fours and 3 sixes shows he did alot of rotation too.
 
We may win this game but 231 against SCOTLAND ?????? That's shameful, disgusting and pathetic to the core by Pakistani batting line.
