Guidelines and promises of a bio-secure environment are fine but as Rahul Dravid has stated, these are unrealistic to implement. We then have Misbah speaking about bowlers having a mask (read muzzle) to stop them from inadvertently applying saliva to the ball etc.
All these issues point to a situation where its not clear if precautions will work.
And as Dravid pointed out - what happens if one player in middle of a Test gets symptoms?
In such an atmosphere, is it wise for Pakistan to tour England? Or the risks are minimal and the welfare of the game takes precedence?
