Similarities between PSL foreign players vs BBL foreign players

Today as I going through the squads of BBL, there are lot of similarities between foreigners as it looks like the PSL used the same formula of picking the squads e.g Luke wright and kevin peterson in Melbourne and Quetta respectively..............What your thoughts?
