He isn't captaincy material remotely, doesn't have the personality or leadership skills.

He's a skilled bowler but doesn't know how to use his skills. Only a quality captain can get the best out of him like Warne did and he has been good for Hafeez in T20s as well.

If Hafeez becomes ODI captain, Tanvir's career in this format will be rejuvenated.
