Solution: Turning Pakistan into a spin fortress

I’d argue SENA teams ensure spin doesn’t come into play to negate Asian teams.
100% they do

But our own desi people will act like sycophants and try to please them instead by admitting to notions like sena teams always make fair pitches lmao. What a joke tbh

Yeah well, no one said there should be low bounce. In fact, reverse swing was another key point I mentioned in my post — long before Aqib Javed brought up this strategy. It might’ve been a bit overdone against the West Indies, but this pitch looks a lot better for batting.
You know who go under the radar but are masters at rigging pitches ?

It’s South Africa in their home conditions.

And England. Nz too. Always makes green tops for touring teams

Never fair pitches.

But of course our dehatis will claim only Asian teams tamper lmao

When Pakistan was playing their home Tests in UAE, it was a spin fortress. Pakistan won most of their games there I believe.

So, yeah. Having a spin fortress at home may not be a bad idea.

It is much more challenging to defeat SENA countries on flat pitches or pace-friendly pitches.

Pakistan of that era had

1) Azhar Ali (A solid 40+ avg batter with a double century in Australia and a otherwise terrific player of spin)

2) Younis Khan (Pak's greatest test player period)

3) Misbah ( A very good test player, Odi hes bad but he's a solid test player)

4) Sarfaraz (A very solid test no 7 in UAE conditons)

Even asad shafique wasnt bad in UAE.

The current team had Imam, Rizwan, Agha and Saud who all despite being good vs spin aren't atg material and aren't spin gods. A good spinner can easily get rid of em.

And Shan is inconsistent and all over the place.

As for Babar and Abdullah........... No comment.

Good point. I didn't think like that.

Younis Khan, Misbah, and Azhar Ali were much better Test batters. Even Asad Shafiq was better.

Pakistan dropped a Test to Windies on a turning pitch. So, you have a point.

In that side everyone avg 40+ in UAE Ahmed shehzad and Asad Shafique included.

Yes their avg away from UAE excluding YK were poor but in UAE they were all 40+ avg batters, that coupled with their spin quality made it extremely difficult to beat PK in UAE in that era.

Even Australia gave praise to Pakistan at that time on how they turned UAE into an unbeatable fortress
