Can India's young guns hold on to save the Test or will the SA bowlers run rampant to take the series?

First session is the key.. Will let us know where the game is heading.

four an over get a lead of 180 and then put pressure on SA in the last 30 overs with men around the bat.Possible?

They won't dare to do that. They will probably try to play as many as dots as they can and call it a day.

India is destined to lose this match.. Lets concede and move on. Salute to a great career.. :kallis

Yesterday Paterson lbw was as plumb as it can get and was denied by the umpire.. Oh well sit happens

India needs to understand DRS will not make the game error but it reduces the error rate no way Kohli is out if there was a DRS.

This match might change BCICI stand.
But then again alviro Peterson was stumped and was misjudged not out by the third umpire himself :p

Pathetic umpiring.First Peterson given not out now Kohli goes Shoulder behind wicket.

Not without a fight man,not without a fight.
If this attitude is adopted by the indian team,we will never reach far.

how do you play this Pujara tends to get a lo tof unplayable stuff from Steyn.

There is no way we are surviving this unless it pours cats and dogs!

It is quite a sight to watch Steyn bowl those, even if you're the opposition! Champion stuff!!!

Stage is set for Rohit Sharma's 200 and Jadeja's 300 (please rain and bad light don't disturb them :)) )

No DRS is no excuse for poor umpiring.

The rest of the world acknowledges umpires are human and make poor decisions. Hence why we all approve of DRS. Maybe India will slowly learn a lesson when umpire bias doesn't go in the favour as they had planned.

Kohli is not the type of play a long defensive innings, either expected a quick 50 or 100 from him or an early exit. But thought Pujara would last at least till lunch.

profound logic . Are you sure you are a S African ?

We need to see of this session with loss of just 1 more wicket .

The BCCI doesn't make any decision unless they think it will benefit India. They didn't foresee something like integrity getting in the way of their plans. Umpires being willing to call it as they see it and not worry about IPL gigs. After all how could they ?

A person can't perceive of a concept they have never themselves experienced.

Would things be different if MSD had taken the new ball at 299/5 ?

Easy draw for India. We've all heard about Rohit v2.0. Steyn and co are getting nervous even looking at the legendary Sharma standing at the crease.

Steyn letting him know he's got more runs than him this series. Ha ha. Nasty.

You can only guess. At least now India has to survive four sessions. So Dhoni's ploy worked. Now if we can't last four sessions then no other strategy would have clicked anyway.

Very nasty chatter from Saffers.. These are kids :))

Yes, but they should not be talking back if they can't take it. A few runs on flat Indian wickets doesn't give you the right to be cocky to the world's number one for 4 years.

LOL at people hinting we should've taken the new ball.

Its the bowlers guys, not the ball.

What are you on about? First up, I was sarcastic. Then, you ask them not to give it back? What's the fun in bullying a weak one? :hafeez
