Geez, cut Sri Lanka some slack. They have been performing admirably well over the years, the whole lot of them, not just a few players, and now some people have the nerve of making fun of them? I'm not only talking about this thread by the way.

I can't stand the cockiness, especially from some of the Indian fans here. It's appalling. And I say this with the utmost respect for your victories. Yeah we know your team is in the top spots, don't lose your sleep over us possibly not knowing it. Why do you guys always feel the need to bring up India in every single discussion? It's not endearing. Be gracious about winning. And then you complain about Sanga being cocky, ah the irony.

I admire Sri Lanka. Their dedication and hard work are an example for everyone, or rather, for those who are humble enough to acknowledge it. They are going through a lean patch, so what? Every team is bound to face days like these at some point. On top of that they are experiencing serious off-field problems, too.

Sangakkara doesn't need excuses to stand up for himself and his team, don't worry about it. Sanga performs and he's a class act. His wit and eloquence are just an extra quality that's unfairly mistaken for arrogance. I admire him, others may not, but I do.

Because Sanga has been taunting India without the need, whenever he gets an opportunity. Not only him his admins never lose opportunity to take a dig at Indian Cricket. I don't rate Sanga's views at all, he changes his opinions just like a good lawyer do. I have nothing against his batting either and rate him really high.

Mahela is better human being, but Sanga is better batsman, and I will take dig at Sanga! It's friendly banter ... chillax.
