Fakhar plays modern cricket which saeed anwar and jayasuriya invested back in 90s. Play fearless cricket. I love this kind of style of batting, nowdays i see it in fakhar, rohit sharma, and dhawan.

He has this hackish technique. So either it will eventually catch upto him or he will continue to be inconsistent. He doesn't get into good positions. He just plants his front foot and decides what to do.

Thing is, for his first year in ODIs he was not inconsistent. His average is very good and in line with the best, most consistent batsmen going. This lack of continuously good scores is a new occurrence.
