I personally wanted them to play both.
But i think it will be fair that they dont take chances in the early matches. Two solid openers and an okayish middle order with babar azam is not bad either.

You said they haven't given chances to new players, but you got Rizwan and Babar, don't over generalize it. If shezad or hafeez don't perform, I expect Mukhtar will be put in and if someone lower in the order doesn't perform it'll be the other new guy.

Not the worst playing XI from the given squad, but also far from ideal. For the Love of God i hope shezyy the useless can do something good on the field for pak, and really hope our big giant barbie irfan don't break up again. And less said about anwar sobers is better.
