TBH, Umar is a better T20 choice than Shakeel, it'll make way for another batsman like Haris Sohail, or Jamshed when he's back. And if Pakistan really want a specialist 'keeper for T20s, then pick Sarfraz or Jamal Anwar.

Although this is Shakeel's debut game, not collecting the ball thrice is over the top.

although I'm pretty sure Umar would have done a better job than this Shakeel guy but I don't want him to keep. After all he is our best bat and we don't need to put too much pressure on him.

it has been horrific though. This game he's been so bad, hasn't collected anything cleanly. Missed stumpings. thank goodness hasn't been needed for a catch. At this rate, might as well not even play a keeper.

wouldn't say he's a random one, he was wicket keeper of the tournament and is the wicket keeper of the best domestic T20 team in Pakistan.

They went with a keeper who's performed in T20. There's only two in domestic really him (and only recently) and Jamal last tournament (who had a terrible recent fasyal bank tournament).
