He can't do ANYTHING when batting in fast and or bouncy pitches. When bowling he often picks up hacks, players in bad form and tail-enders. I rather have one extra bowler or an extra genuine batsmen than this fool.

Perera is not there to score 50s. he's there to score blitz innings. And his game has improved a lot. Hopefully he will keep improving.

Herath is a mediocre ODI spinner. Ajmal is miles better than him in ODIs.

Come Dhoni has taken the RRR to 8-9 many a times. It is just that we have players like Kohli and Raina who can finish from there. Or he himself sometimes does it

Err, look at any successful chase of 300 in the world. In the last 10-15 overs the RRR will always be around 8. That is when finishers are expected to finish it. Raina, etc chase RRR of 9-10 in last overs, Bhajji etc help him. That is how a score of 300+, heck even 350 is chased.

So making out like it was an impossible task when Afridi came in is as bad as absolving Misbah of blame. Both failed

But he still finishes it. Yes he has messed up stuff in the middle by getting bogged down against spinners but he usually gets the job done.
