Honestly, everyone criticizing the openers for a steady start, myself included, needs to know that Pakistan don't take pressure with the required run rate, they usually falter when the top order collapses.

With this steady start and making sure the run rate stays around 7-8, this is a very good approach from Pakistan.

Clearly, from the manner in which the openers have started suggests Misbah paid a visit to the dressing room during the innings interval.
