what the hell is Jaya comlaining about? Haven't you guys had enough favours from the umpires?

I felt like reaching from inside my laptop and slapping the little B****...do you want all 11 wickets from bad calls?

Pakistan has gotten what 8-12 bad calls so far, what else do you want...that we don't even complain now?

What a looser

That type of LBW would rarely be given out before DRS as umpires aren't so confident guessing which hit first without the backup. Spinners have really benefited in that regard.

When they actually use DRS that is.

look closely it does look like he got an edge before it hit the pad

From what i seen it should of been out due it strike the pad first. Not a howlers though due to the closeness of bat and pad. I'll happily be proven wrong if i can see another replay.

Oh my word. Absolutely dead again! This is disgraceful stuff from Gould.

I hope we scores around 350 before we lose the game. it will be good confidence boost needed on this tour for batting point of view. asad is class act kid need a long run in the team, he is next moyo in making inshallah.

Ayub gone. Good effort in both innings but not good enough to keep his place.

Adnan has such nice technique, really doesn't look like the technique of someone averaging just 20 something in test and first class. Has huge potential as a batsman. Some good batting coaching and perhaps we can turn him into that batting wicket keeper we need.

I think the decision against dogar was correct really. He was out.

Dogar strikes me as a good batsman but nothing more. Nothing really stands out about him, doesn't seem to have any flaws either. Don't think we've seen enough of him based on this one test sadly to whether he's international standard or not, and he'll be dropped next match.

were people convinced it wasn't out? Thought it was hitting the pad, clipping leg stump. Seemed straight forward

Mentality is a bigger factor , there are batsmen with flawed techniques who excel because of mental strength.

I hate to sound like a whinger but this test match failed to remain a contest due to the inept and ridiculous umpiring! The ICC should have a close look at things..
I agreed.. I also accepted that SL's batsman played well than us.. but umpiring haunted us....

Tbh we were slow out of the blocks and let a mediocre slogger like dilshan get on top of us..whats encouraging is that we came back quite well in this match and I'm hopeful we can beat them in the next one..they didnt look too clever on the second day..!

Another pretty poor decision! seems umpires have been trigger happy all game against our batsmen!

i hope we get some better umpires for the next test match!

how many now? 12-13? sorry but even the great windies would have lost with this sort of umpiring..

but with the same panel of umpires even SLz 'A' team will beat us...

I love it when Pakistan fans conveniently forget about the plumb LBW appeals against their batsmen that were not given. Gould has had two just in the last hour; the first was disputed above but I was the only person to mention the second. It hit the back leg in front of middle - absolutely dead.

Add in the YK catch that was wrongly overturned, and it seems that on day four Pakistan have in fact had the rub of the green with decisions. The first three days it was of course Sri Lanka that had the rub of the green.

It all adds up to one conclusion: ultimately there is no conspiracy like some will sadly say. These are just really really poor umpires who have had a shocking collective game. That's all. And the appropriate action should be taken.
