You cannot ever start an odi innings poorly. The mirage of making it up later simple means that you lost an opportunity to score earlier when the field was up. Ends dont justify means it was a trul awful start to his innings. How valuable his innings is cant even be inferred now, simply because he started so slow. His partner is saving his blushes so far.

For our standards this is good batting. Especially for Shehzad. No need to be dull about it.

Its not like he has batted for 40 odd overs and need to accelerate and push his SR into the 90s, its still early in the innings. SR of 80 is pretty good at this stage but as I said you have some personal agenda against him, you won't see that because you're blinded by irrational hate and making yourself look like a troll.

For Shehzad's standards, this is a fast-paced innings - he's striking at about 80 now.

Would have liked to have seen what Mukhtar would have done on this easy looking pitch.
