Saqs Nostalgic ---> You are absolute legends. Loved reading your posts in this thread. Thanks for sharing.

Where the hell is Saqs though? Haven't seen him in ages. I miss the guy.

Oh man - one helluvan experience ahmedwaqas92

You're one strong lad mate. Stay safe, and I'll defo pray for you.

I have personally seen quite some stuff in my life but I am that kind of guy who doesn't take these things seriously however what happened today almost a couple of hours ago was something I feel I just had to share. I've already informed my parents and elders about it - to make dua for me and everything but while the experience was a little terrifying I thought that I would most definitely share it on PP.

As most of you might know (at least the seniors) I am currently working in Malaysia; Johor Bahru to be exact and have been residing in this country for the last 3 years. I work in a Financial Services firm so my job hours are absolutely horrendous, sometimes I am coming home around midnight or even after that. Nevertheless it isn't really a problem since Malaysia is very well developed and there is hardly any crime whatsoever so even if it's 1 am in the morning I don't exactly feel afraid to walk my way home or to walk to my apartment from the nearest bus terminal.

Having said the above, I was as usual running extremely late from work so around 11:20 pm I decided that I would close shop and go home because the last bus from where I work to my apartment goes around 11:30 pm and it takes approximately an hour to reach my bus terminal - from there usually I have to walk another 20 mins to reach my complex.

I took the bus, as usual and since this was the last route, there hardly were any passengers on board that rode along towards my destination. Unfortunately tonight, about 5-6 stops before my terminal, the bus broke down due to some mechanical problem and it wouldn't start. Now the driver told me that my two options were that either I take a cab home or I walk to where ever I was going since the problem with the bus was non resolvable in the time designated for the route.

I was like ok no biggie !! and started walking towards along the route that bus takes me home everyday. Now Johor is the kind of city in which there are long stretches of road with massive massive plantations or industrial factories and workshops on either side with no houses/shops and then after a while you'd reach a designation where there would be a market sort of (chahal Pahal) and a town house / residency type of neighborhood - This is how the city is planned, mostly, barring the infrastructure of JB city center.

So here I was walking and listening to some music along a long stretch of road that was quite vacant (hardly any cars going by) when I saw a girl in front of me walking about 30-40 yards in front of me. Now remember the time right now is apparently 12:30 am or something and seeing a Girl walking alone is a city like Johor is rather surprising, especially on a deserted highway type of road.

To my surprise the girl stopped walking, turned around looking at me and waited for me to reach up to her. As a courtesy I took off my ear phones and when I almost came into conversational zone with her I politely said Hello. She greeted me back and asked me the directions towards Masai Utama (A Suburban town in Johor state). Coincidentally, I also live very near Masai Utama so I told her that I am on my way to the said place and if she liked she could accompany me to walk there - it was almost a couple of kilo meters from where we were at that point, she agreed and we started walking.

I introduced myself to her and in reply she told me her name was Fatima, she said she was half Malaysian and Half Moroccan and that her parents were not in town hence she took public transport (she told me she was also new to Johor) and lost her way in the process. Now the conversation was going pretty smoothly until there was a flash of light from behind from an oncoming car and seeing how we were on the left side of the road adjacent to the ongoing traffic (They drive right handed in Malaysia just like Pakistan) I had to turn back a little to check my distance from the road and also to see whether I was lucky enough to stumble on an empty cab. To my disappointment it was a delivery truck and it whizzed past us at around 80 mph. Now comes the crazy part

The minute I turned my head back to her, (I could still hear her voice when I was looking at the car) rather than seeing Fatima (the girl) beside me I saw a guy walking right where she was. The voice was the same but this was a 5'8 ish guy with slight facial hair and a broad chest, arm bands etc.

The second I saw this I realized that this was something out of the human realm and I had stumbled upon probably something supernatural. I don't know how I kept my composure during that period but neither did I scream nor did I tried to run; to be fairly honest where would I have exactly ran to ?? It was a long stretched road with plantations on either side and just the two of us walking.

I just smiled and kept walking at the pace that I was going. This thing (whatever it was) kept talking to me (in the girls voice i.e.) and I kept replying in normal tonality. I am not going to lie, I almost ****** my pants in the process and at one point I really thought that this is it, this is how I end today !! but thanks to Almighty I don't exactly know where the mental strength came from and I just kept talking and walking - I wasn't even paying attention to what was going on beside me and in my heart I was reciting Surah Nas and Durud Sharif and Ayat-Ul-Kursi as fast as I could.

30 seconds into my Surahs the man beside me now was a small 7-8 year old child, having the same voice, and like the other two previously was walking right beside me. I was sweating, reciting Surahs and just praying to Allah for this to end because now I couldn't take it anymore - I was at my limit.

Miraculously two police men were on patrol right about that time and they came from behind to stop me and check my identification and documents and before they could reach me I fainted right then and there. I think they carried me on the grass banks beside the road while splashing water on my face which helped me wake up about 3-4 minutes later.

Those two blokes were very kind to me and asked me whether I was okay and what exactly happened, when I asked them that before I fainted was there anyone they saw beside me. They replied in the negative saying that they spotted me from like 200 meters away during their patrol while the only thing they saw was a bright light in my right hand that's why they came and did a spot check on me. They thought the bright light was from my mobile phone or tablet buy when they carried me to the grass banks my phone was in my left pocket, exactly as how I left it when I took my ear phones off from the music I was listening earlier.

This is something that has never happened, to this extent I might add, to me and it really has made me scared. I asked for a ride from the policemen to the nearest taxi stand and those nice folks helped me in getting a cab straight to my apartment complex. I have just reached home a couple of hours earlier and since I couldn't think of what I should do I called my Ammi and told her about this and asked her if she could make some special dua for me (my parents are extremely religious Mashallah) so that's the first thought that came to my mind.

Now it's almost 5 am right now and I cannot sleep yet but since the nerves have settled a bit I thought of narrating it here so that I might be able to share my experience with you lot. I would urge all of you to please pray for me as I am genuinely scared at the moment.

Woooh bro that's extremely scary. And am glad that you tried to compose your nerve, and you didn't get nervous much. First thing, as far i know these non-human things, there are also 2 kinds in them, once the good one and others the bad one. Good one will never do any harm to you, but yes it can tease you :) Especially they baby one :))

Some of them are interested in possession and those things are really dangerous then, i have passed through possession stages and Allah and my family knows how i passed through those stages, even i missed out my final exams due to it :)

But now every thing okey dokey.

Bro will definitely pray for you, and don't be afraid of these makhlooq. Try to be calm and try to forget this incident, otherwise it will keep disturbing and as you said, you won't be able to sleep.

#GreenRoars how bad was it for you mate, if you don't mind me asking?

#GreenRoars how bad was it for you mate, if you don't mind me asking?

Bro it was very bad, even once i jumped off the roof top, got my legs fractured and all :( Once i left home in midnight and went straight to the graveyard which is in front of our house.

Case with me was little awkward, the thing which possessed me wasn't a male, it was female. Kind of likeness stuff :)))

But it was non muslim, so when ever i try to pray Nimaz or recite Quran this thing hurt me and try to stop me from doing so. I was doing 1st year then and my final exams were near. At the beginning i never told my father that something is wrong with me, because i didn't know what is going on with me.

My parents came to know one night when i was sleeping and dreaming that i am strangled among snakes who are biting me, though i was watching dream but my hands were bleeding in real, my baba (May Allah grant him jannah :( ) noticed that.

He was expert of these stuff so he removed all those non human things from me, but it was very painful and i missed my first year final exam :( and believe me during treatment i wasn't even able to eat my self. According to my father these non human and especially Non Muslim, they are the worst one and they try to possess human beings. And the worst among them are those who fall in love or likeness sort of things with humans, and if you don't allow them to live with you, they will try to kill you by natural means.

Like happened with me that i jumped off the roof top.

But Alhamdulillah i am fit and fine now, and since years nothing happened with me like this.

Ooh man, Alhamdulillah it's all sorted now. Sounds very scary. Best part is you survived even after jumping from that height. Do you (or anyone else) know what causes such things?

How long has it been since?

Also, may Allah (SWT) grant your father Jannah. He is in a much better place now iA. So sorry to hear about his loss. :(

Yo bro thank fully i survived but still there is sort of plate in my one knee due to which i can not lift heavy weight, can not run faster enough :) reasons said to be places where there are less people living. These things tend to go towards those places where they aren't much humans, life less places. And it is said their population is 2x or 3x of human beings.

Thanks bro for prayers, appreciated.

Moral of the story is to never try your luck with a girl standing alone on an empty road at night, especially if she's very beautiful.

Chances are more that it's a female ghost trying to have dinner with you rather than a genuine beautiful girl wanting to have coffee with you.

Hmm, Insha'Allah it gets better with time.

I see. Did you consider moving into a more populated area, then?

Made me chuckle :p

I am sure OP wasn't betting on coffee but I'll consider it if I ever get stranded on a highway

OMG :O

I really admire your courage and composure, i will be honest that i would have freaked out after few seconds and wouldn't be able to say a word :(

Hmm, Insha'Allah it gets better with time.

I see. Did you consider moving into a more populated area, then?

Nah bro, still living in same house :) You can't change your house built by your grand father. But yes, now our locality is much populated, lots of Market, schools has been built here. So pretty much okay conditions now.

Read through all pages. Some interesting and scary stories there. Hopefully I'd like to have peaceful sleep!

Oh ok, that's great to hear.

Hope it all stays well for you brotha!

ahmedwaqas92 scary story man. Stay strong.

Where the hell is Saqs though? Haven't seen him in ages. I miss the guy.

Maybe a Jinn/bhoot/ghost attacked him, or he had a paranormal experience.

Thankfully, no Jinn bhoot attack - just a case of a new phone, no Tapatalk app, and the complete lack of Pakistan cricket over the past five to six months.

How are things going here?

Why on earth would I open this thread. All my time on PP I have resisted the urge to click on this thread in fear of reading the stuff here and getting freaked out, until now.

All good man, except today it's a bit gloomy after Pakistan's performance. :sk

How's everything?

There have been some good additions to this thread lately. Actual encounters, that really strike home the fact that the entities that are the topic of the thread are serious business. Sometimes I feel guilty about trivializing, or "Time Pass"-ing the discussion, reducing it to mere storytelling, which it isn't.

Don't know if I had told this one before. But in 2008, after a train accident in LA, family members of Chuck Peck were worried for him. They started receiving calls from his cell phone the entire night. For 11 hours, his family members (son, brother, step mom and sister) and his fiancee received a total of 35 calls from his cell. When they answered, all they heard was static; when they called back, their calls went straight to voice mail. But the calls gave them hope that the man they loved was still alive, just trapped somewhere in the wreckage.

The barrage of calls prompted search crews to trace the whereabouts of the phone through its signal and to once again look through what was left of the first train, the location the calls were coming from. The calls searchers finally found Peck's body about an hour after the calls from his cell phone stopped.

Charles Peck had died on impact. Yet long past his death, his cell phone had continued to reach out to many of those he cared most about, and ultimately led rescuers to his mortal remains. (As far as investigators revealed, they never found Peck's cell phone.)

Yes - don't remember that it was you that posted the same one but I vividly remember this particular one earlier in the thread.

It is about a month old story. One of my cousins and an uncle went to the fields in the village. After breaking their fast they headed to the fields on a motorbike. Naturally, the sun had set but it was not yet completely dark.
Now, the scene was that surroundings were completely unpopulated as the fields were quite far from the village. After reaching that lonely place, my cousin saw a strange phenomenon. At a distance of 3 acres, approximately 200 yards , he saw fire doing bizarre things.
In an empty field ,four or five fire flames, measuring about couple of feet each, would come from different directions, without leaving a tail behind them ( there is nothing burnt behind unlike real fire, because the field is empty and hence nothing to be used as fuel ), converge in the middle and produce a huge flame in the center which was about 12-15 feet high, and subsequently retreat to their prior positions without leaving anything behind. And this converging and splitting would continue. The flames would move back and forth while producing a huge flame as they converged in the center and later on turn back to their original positions. And this cycle would continue.
My cousin could not believe his eyes and when he showed this to my uncle, they both panicked. They at once left the place on the motorbike, as fast as they could without even looking back.

My cousin is an undergraduate while my uncle is an MBA. Is there possibility of a logical explanation?

We don't do logical explanations in this thread.

Seriously though, we know Jinn are made of "smokeless" fire. This could be an example of it literally being the case. As for how your cousin and uncle got to see it, sometimes they inadvertently appear to the human eye, sometimes intentionally.

They were too afraid to video that. One thing is sure that both of them are not lying but if it is an illusion then it is another thing. But again it is difficult to accept this as an illusion as both are young and have perfect eyesight.

Hmm..... Inadvertently, may be. Because the fields are empty at that time of the year with no crop in the fields and it is a completely unpopulated area with the exception of only one old little shrine darbar in the surroundings. And it was right after Maghreb prayers during Ramzan, so you can imagine the loneliness.

Saqs Nostalgic ---> You are absolute legends. Loved reading your posts in this thread. Thanks for sharing.

Glad you enjoyed the reads. Will dig up a couple more to post here shortly. Some strange occurrences in the middle east.

What a thread! I've seen a jinn too.

Details or it never happened.

Haroon786, the thread has been bumped. Not quite because of the Houston houses, but it got bumped all the same. Uncanny, no?

Naa I think I saw that comment. Bumped it just in time for Halloween. I'll give the details soon. Just too tired from raking leaves right now.

Interested to know, is there an ayat in the Quran that jinns can impact the life of humans?? Whenever I see any of these stories of jinns possessing people and stuff, my dad is always like "bakwaas hai"

I know jinns exist but I wanted to know if they really are evident to us or people just get scared.

Must read the "exorcist tradition in Islam" by dr bilal philips. Comprehensivr book about jinns under the light of quran and hadith. End of book has transcripts of interviews author conducted with muslim exorcists in different countries. Really i sighful stuff. The book was banned for a time as scholars didnt want novices doing exorcisms.

Okay so I saw a jinn few years back. A bunch of guys and I were going to this scary place called Sweet Hollow Road in New York. It's known to be really scary so we wanted to visit it at night. It has a graveyard right when your enter and no traffic lights, so have to turn on your headlights fully. There is also only one lane, so once you are there you can't turn back. So we were about to go there late night, but one of us felt scared that something might happen so we took a left instead of turning right(where Swt. Hollow was). Right when we decided not to go and turned left, the person sitting next to turned around and saw something on the road. He got confused and said- "what the hell is that?" I next looked back and saw a whitish creature that had red eyes, one small arm and one long crooked arm and no legs. It was kind of transparent so you could see the road behind it. Think it was a jinn cuz I'm Muslim. We told the rest and everyone looked back besides one of us who was too scared. The guy driving stepped on the pedal and we went in the opposite direction. We kind of felt the jinn following us though so driver started speeding really hard until the jinn stopped. That was pretty much it.

I think that jinn can possess humans, but it is really bad for them to do so and only the bad ones do it.

Any new stories ?

I have recently started this new Program aired on Express Tv " Woh Kya hai?" it definitely is worth a watch though they have poor filming skills and equipment's.

Yes woh kya hai is very good. But their presentation skills and photography are very poor. The main guy always looks stunned and doomed.

However I prefer the other show called Raaz.

Are there any other shows like that (not the US OTT shows which I find arent as good as these shows)

Sadly I never saw these supernatural creatures, though I am big fan of them.
Maybe cause I do not believe in their existence.

Tragedy of my existence.
I have a minimal interest in reality.

When I was child, I had an imaginary friend (it is reported that more than 50% children do have such friends) and trust me, my imaginary friend was a child-jinn, and we shared quite a bonding. He, along with his mother and dad, lived in some bush. And yes, I visited his home, when his dad was not present.

That is actually fascinating. Most children do have imaginary friends, I certainly did and so did all of my kids. We should discuss this here, since there's a lull in hardcore Jinn experiences amongst the regulars on this thread. Could those supposedly imaginary friends be Jinn, and the child is none the wiser at that age?

To echo HussainRx8, "go on"...

Well in my case it was just a projection of my mind as I, now, know that I got that from six million dollar man's bionic big foot episode.

Sadly, I was not aware of Casper then.

But please expand if you may on the part about the bush. Did you perceive your imaginary friend as a child-jinn at the time? Were you able to visualise him and his family?

When I was younger I'd see things and then they'd appear shortly after.

Another time, a group of friends decided to skip school together and hang out in the woods; me and another friend decided to split up from the rest because they wanted to return while we wanted to just chill for a bit longer and skive for majority of the day. While we were there, someone appeared from afar with gloves on as they were missing a thumb and which we could see. He'd just keep staring at us and we'd just go about doing our own thing and all of a sudden he had disappeared, he'd appear again while we made a stop near a reservoir and look at us from a distance and on our way back we were just about to climb over the fence to get back into the school and he'd appear again from afar staring at us depicting no emotion at all, he was dressed in black and that missing thumb stood out. It was a little freaky and we jumped over the fence and went back to our classes, the weirdest thing is that the man was ahead of us each time by some distance and knew exactly where we'd be and our path was as such that he could not have passed us unnoticed.

Yes, I knew that he was child-jinn and he knew that I was not human. And, we could see each other (otherwise it would be hard to play with invisible imaginary child-jinn).

I do not know if you have seen the bionic big foot of six million dollar man, his dad was like the big foot and my friend was just a tiny version of him. My friend was covered with thick fur of black hair all over his body, however I was not a bit scared of him.

There was a house near my place, with very badly maintained planted hedge fence, and that (fence) was my friend's home.

Great stories on here from a lot of people and the best one so far was from waqas.

Well, I have experienced few things also.
I am England born and bred so we like on London.

One time in 2013 I was in a Barclays bank in a queue to deposit cash in my account.
I had the cash in my hand and my hands were behind my back. I was just chilling waiting for my turn.
Then I felt some one pull the cash. I turned around and was expecting a small kid behind me being naughty.
But there was no kids behind me and it was a young Asian lady who thought I was checking her out.
And no...I know it was not this young lady having a laugh.

Something tried to pull money out of my hand.

In January 2014 we were going to Pakistan for my wedding.
My family is from a city called Gujrat in the Punjab province.

SO, I was married and we moved in our home. Our home was on rent and we asked those tenants to vacant the house for a few weeks till we return back to the UK.
Now my younger brother told us he was asleep and he felt a strange presence which made him wake up.
He said he saw a shaDow in his room but it disappeared.
Now, one of the tenant who was at our home was religious having a large beard and had lots of Quran and other religious books relating to Islam kept in this room.
Apparently my brother was sleeping with his feet towards these books.
So when he told us his experience my wife stated that you must not have your feet pointing towards the direction of the books.

So who knows this could have been an Angel or a good Jinn.

Another thing that happed was the gas heater came on it self.

I was in bed with my wife and I felt like something drop on our blanket. It was like a ( thump ) .like when you hit the blanket with your fist.
I was shocked and looked and nothing was on the bed and my wife had no clue what had happend.
I did not tell her because this would have scared her too much but what I know for a fact is that she did not do it.
We always heard donkeys braying in the night..this means shaitaan were close by.

My wife stayed back in Pakistan and we returned to the UK and I started her visa application.

In February 2015 I traveled to visit my wife and stayed in a rented house.
One night I switched of the television from the main button . The television was off.
We were fast asleep and the television switched on by itself and It was loud because of static.
I immediately woke up and told my wife to switch it off by the remote.

The next morning we talked about this and we were not scared but felt uneasy. We realised that the jinn pysically pushed the television on switch .

Thank Allah we didn’t have any other things happen.

I have at least 15 days in a month for no unknown reason my bed starts shaking around midnight. I can feel a strong presence of someone or something but I cannot see.

I have become used to this thing and now whenever my bed starts shaking , I shout out aloud 'F off, leave me alone' and this thing no longer troubles me for the night but it does return again

Can anyone here refer me to a good and legitimate Aalim in Karachi? Can Molana Abdul Sattar (Imam sb of Bait ul Salam) be approached regarding the matter of Black Magic? My family is not superstitious (but they do believe Jinns and black magic exists obviously) so I will have to approach them myself and I am too young tbh (16) so I am reluctant to reach out to anyone because they might think it's not what I think it is but I am pretty sure someone has done black magic on my family. We were happy and everything was going well but in the past decade alot has changed suddenly. Also is there any way I can find out if someone has done black magic(by quranic verses and namaz etc only) so I can be sure before reaching out to someone.

Asalamu alaikum everybody! I'm new here and i only joined so that i could share my jinn stories as well (sorry no interest in any kind of sports at all!!!). This is my first post so I'm just gonna to test if it works or not....
I finished reading all 11 pages and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Halfway through reading i had just turned off my heater (you have to turn two knobs all the way to the left to turn it off and the other way to turn it on). After reading through another page my heater turned on by itself!! Nobody was even near it and even my husband was like "how did that happen?" I quickly turned it off again (i also pulled out the plug) and stopped reading as well....but couldn't resist for long :).

Okay so it worked😊. Let's start with my jinn stories. I have so many to share, this is going to be fun!
So ever since i can remember, our family has been living with another jinn (and maybe his family as l well). Back when my parents had gotten married and lived in England they came home one day to find muddy tracks going from the kitchen window to the front door and nothing stolen even though the neighbors had been robbed as well. My dad says our jinn scared him off.
Since then we've known that our jinn won't cause us any harm and we didn't mind him. The fun thing about our jinn is that he moved with us wherever we moved.
My next story is in Riyadh where i was born. We used to live in a two story house with all the bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen, lounge, dining room, and drawing room were downstairs. Our home computer (back then it used to be those bulky monitors and CPUs) was located upstairs in the landing area. All of us were always waiting for our turn on the computer (and we had many a fight over it - i have 5 siblings by the way) but when it was time to eat everybody had
to be downstairs and at the table. And it was always at this time we would hear somebody playing on the computer and tapping very loudly at the keyboard.
We had gotten into the habit of completely turning off the computer and not just putting it on sleep mode when we weren't on it - but the taping at the keyboard would still happen when we were all downstairs. I remember trying to snack upstairs as quietly as i could to see if i could catch the jinn but i never did.

My next story occurred in Whangarei, New Zealand (we moved around allot mostly because my dad would get upset with his working conditions and would just quit - he worked as an anesthesiologist, he retired when he became a cheif consultant).
We lived in a huge three story house. Our house was the biggest one on the block. The neighbors told us that at one time this house was used as a church. But that's getting off track. I just wanted you to understand that this house was huge. So anyway, we were all getting ready to get out of the house (can't remember where we were going though. Could've just been a short shopping trip or a weekend long outing) and when we were all ready and tried to get into the car we couldn't find the car keys. My mom had them and she said she left them on the kitchen table. Everyone was questioned and nobody knew anything.
We searched for those keys for ages (its been so long since this happened so i couldn't tell you how long we looked for them but it was certainly more than an hour) but didn't find them.
My dad then sat down on the sofa and loudly and angrily (though not quite shouting) started talking. All of us just stopped what we were doing and watched dad. I don't remember what he said but he took the jinn's name (none of us could remember what name he took once we were out of the house -not even dad. And we still don't remember it) and told him off for bothering us. He said something along the lines of, if you Don't return the keys right now then i will kick you out of my house and you will never be allowed back. I will not tolerate such mischievous behavior not now not ever, etc, etc...
Api found the keys on the iron table in plain view not far from where dad was sitting, while he was still lecturing the jinn. Mom said that she had looked on the iron table and it wasn't there before! Some of my siblings had also searched there earlier.
