*I hope I´m getting them right.*
1. Both Peshawar and Quetta have lost two finals each and also won one.
2. The final that both won came against each other.
3. One of the two finals that each lost, it came against the other.
4. Both have lost a final each against Islamabad.
5. Karachi have always made it to the play-offs but have never made it to a final.
6. In both editions that they´ve played in so far, Multan have stayed the second worst team on the points table.
7. Lahore have always ended up being the last team on the points table.
What all these facts ultimately suggest is the hold of Islamabad, Quetta and Peshawar in all four seasons, and also the lack of competitiveness from the other three teams. I hope that the trend changes soon as otherwise I fear lest it gets too predictable.
