Different sports have different cultures. I have seen cricket players been penalized for bad behavior, for example recently Jadeja was banned for a game for throwing the ball in the direction of an opposing player.
I wonder what sort of penalty a cricket player would get for some of the behavior now becoming common in American football? To wit, in a game today Odell Beckham was flagged for simulating dog urinating on the field.

A couple of years ago, in Super Bowl XLIX Doug Baldwin simulated ridding the balls from his bowels, an incident that was named "poopdown" and attracted a fine of around one-tenth of his per game earnings.

If a cricket player did something like Baldwin did, say in cricket's biggest game the WCC finals, what do you think the penalty would be? Would he be fined his match fee? Suspended for a game? For six games?
I think no cricketer would do this as this is completely at odds with the culture of the players and their audience. I simply cannot conceive this sort of behavior in cricket, though it seems to have become commonplace in the NFL.
