Talent Pakistan needs to nurture for the Test Team

I was listening to a Podcast earlier about how Pakistan have failed to develop Players in key areas since their last England.

Faheem Ashraf batting hasn't been developed
Shadaab Khans bowing hasn't been developed

With some really progressive appointments by the PCB over the last 6 months, i feel we have the resources to take potential talent forward.

Currently we have:

Mohammed Yousuf
Younis Khan
Saqlain Mushtaq
Mustaq Ahmed
Waqar Younis
Misbah ul Haq

All working with Pakistan cricket team or the High Performance academy. I have never really seen this many ex great players working with the team.

Waqar has identified bowlers he wants to take forward from the current crop, as well as possible a few others.

I see the following players as those who we can improve for Test Cricket:

Imam ul Haq
Sami Aslam
Haider Ali
Babar Azam
Harris Sohail
Saud Shakeel
Usman Salahuddin
Zeeshan Ashraf

They seem to have raw talent.

I guess what i mean by nurturing is developing the talent into International Test Cricket level standard.

In the end, the players need to take it upon themselves to improve that part of their game.

They have been consistently selected in every format and with guys like Faheem, the team has also even promoted him higher in the lineup at times only for him to get out on the first or second ball often.
