Should they replace Doherty with another bat?
Why isnt Katich bowling? He is a decent bowler

They should drop North for White and drop Doherty for Hauritz or another pace bowler.

Lead 248. 400 and eng r sure to win. Aussies batting past 300 is a gamble, similar to pak
 
England need to accelerate and try to get a 320ish lead or more in quick time. The overcast conditions will make their bowlers feel at home and judging by how weak Australia have played against new ball swing in this series, they could be 3 down early once again.
 
Once Pietersen hits 200, he should literally smack everything.
 
This Aus attack reminds me of Abdul Rauf playing for Pak last year.... Prasad will be at home coaching these lot :)

Australia need 20 wickets (probably in at least 2 games as they're likely to go down here). They're really struggling to take 10.

I mean come on..... 517/1 and 500/4 in two innings... that is 1017 runs for the loss of just five wickets. .... and we thought our attack was bad vs South Africa.

Pretty good bowling by Harris. Zero backup so England have played him out easily.
 
We'll be chasing 400 just to make England bat again. Once Kevinder gets his double ton he will go bezerko.
 
I kinda feel sorry for Harris, he's been the fastest most consistent bowler, but he's had no help from his fielders/bowlers from the other end. Siddle has been ordinary, Bollinger and Xavier have been crap, only Watsons actually been decent.
 
This is better from Bell, finally he's bothering to put away the bad balls.
 
England should be about 425-50 ahead by close of play which i think is a good time to declare and then smash the aussies.
