But she doesn't seem interested in seeing u as a boyfriend (at the moment).
So initally she has to friend zone u and then slowly and gradually as u impress her u will automatically get boy friend zoned.
It's a bit of a long route but that's seems ur only option right now.

I don't know anything bout getting a girl :P
But if u see a girl is not really interested in u (from ur looks) then u gotta impress her through ur personality.
Best way to do that is by getting friend zoned initially and making a space for urself in her heart.
But u gotta make sure u don't go overboard friend zoning here, she might just bhai zone u then :P

Some people get stuck in the friend zone eternally, but yes like I said before, I need to break the verbal barrier and get to know her, in other words, befriend her.

I tend to always confuse love with crushes. So my bad.

From the looks of it its obvious that she is your biggest crush. I can see from your point of you that you want to be seen as that dream guy who she sees walking across her mysteriously. You obviously don't want to be like those guys she hangs with and laughs with. I use to think like you before but I slowly changed. I feel its best to know a person more before finally dating her. Like what if she is not who she shows she is? Would you not like to know her interests and hobbies so you and her could relate in some ways? I think you should really take battlers advice on this and try to get to know her. Be friendly with her and show her comfort. I am sure she would want to be yours. I know you can do it Mamoon since you are a nice man.

Add to that mamoon isn't the type of guy who would impress u in one meeting to be honest he just doesn't have that personality.
U need to know him properly to like him. So i guess the initial friend zoning method would work best for him.

Isn't that like the normal age? Just get engaged in about a year or two and then, like you want, get married 2-3 years after that. Sorted. Being a friend will make you a friend, nowt more. You're gonna be treated as a side man if you get too close and you're gonna be treated as an acquaintance if you're not close enough so you may as well not do it.

Yeah I agree, even I was having trouble with Mamoon till I got to know him on time pass. You have to really get to know him to know that he is a nice man.

I would also like to add that you have really analyzed him well. That's why your idea is such a fine statement.

You are really doing a Afridi here. What if she never accepts? Or better yet what if her dad never accepts? Also what if she's not really what Mamoon's looking for, when he finds out who she truly is? So many factors going into this, Marriage is such a big decision of your life. One should not go in blindingly destroying it.

If she never accepts then it was never meant to be. Since she's his second cousin, she's obvs gonna know him. And sadly at the end of the day, even if she accepts and the dad doesn't(after being a friend) well it isn't happening unless she decides to run off which I can highly doubt. You make a good point but the main problem here is that she's his cousin, I don't really understand how you can hold a relationship with your cousin...thats why when its cousins you're just gonna have to go straight in. If its a college friend from outside the famtree then its much more simpler to get to know her.
This really is a 'complexity' lol.

This all depends on Mamoon's and her's life style really. Mamoon can probably explain a bit better on how her and him are like. If they go to college together or have some way of seeing each other around the family then it may work. I have made friends with cousin's before so I have had a experience. (not saying there are my friends anymore) I agree with you on the point about her father not accepting. But that sorta generation has really changed. Parents are willing to listen to there kids now a days. Believe me I know since my parents tell me that if there is any girl I like I can let them know.

I suppose this is down to Mamoon as I'm struggling to picture how you can date a cousin. This is why I recommended he should just dive straight in. And well some families are still pretty backward(not calling mamoon backward here lol) so I dunno, even here in England; forced marriage is very common. Well I'm way too young for any of that stuff but my parents will probably allow it.
