I actually feel a bit for Kohli tbh. If he miraculously wins the WT20 somehow, fans are going to be like Thala Dhoni mentored India to a world cup win, and if he loses, people are gonna be like "Kohli proves that he's not a winner once again. Not everyone is MSD afterall"

As for the knockouts, I think non-subcontinent teams will anyhow find it difficult to beat India in these conditions, yes if the WC was in Australia, I would NOT have said this, but in these conditions I don't think ENG, Aus, NZL, RSA or WI are beating india.

Amongst subcontinent teams, none of them are actually strong enough, Bangladesh have a good team but not good enough for a trophy, and the same can be said about Sri Lanka.

I actually think Pakistan could be the closest threat for India should they play them in the finals, and I expect Pakistan to make it to the semis. They may not win against India but should do well against others.

Exactly lol. India's two convincing wins against Aus and Eng in practice games also suggests that we start as favorites against Pakistan on Sunday.
