Seriously SAF cricket at u19 level is just school boy level, nothing else. They only play one provincial tournnament for a week and that is it, There are a few academies for after school, but in my opinion SAF u19 should get **** whipped by Pakistan. Next time send a team please.

I stand by my view that there has been more talent in this team than in the previous two. It was just unfortunate that the batting didnt click at the right time and that Aamer withdrew due to illness.

A few years from now if any of Mohammed Aamer, Adil Raza, Ahmed Shehzad, Umer Akmal, Ali Asad or Imad Wasim are featuring in the Pakistan World Cup squad then this U-19 team will have been more successfull than its predecessors.

you are right...but... we should have won this match...
every team has a bad day in a tournament...We didn't have one till the semi final...but the semi final itself!!

I don't blame anyone for the defeat like some ppl r already hitting out at Imad... i just think that it wasn't our day!!It wasn't in our destiny...otherwise rain would hav come 7 balls later!!

nevertheless, if u look at the positives there r many of them....as u mentioned...
but it would take a long time for them to make it into the Pakistan team..... we hardly have any player from the last U-19 WC team...permanently in our current Pakistan team even after 2 years...only Sarfaraz has made a couple of International appearances..
