Rallies held across Pakistan to back Kashmiris in IIOJ&K
Special programmes were aired by the national electronic media to highlight the issue

The day was also observed in Pakistan with a renewed commitment to support the just struggle of Kashmiris for their inalienable right to self-determination as enshrined in the relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).

The people and the governments of Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir mark the day every year to express solidarity with Kashmiris in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) not only to renew their love for them but also to reiterate the commitment and dedication for the liberation of occupied valley from the Indian subjugation.

Pro-Kashmir rallies were also organized in many world capitals which were participated by a good number of people.

All the Pakistani missions abroad also organized seminars and photo exhibitions to draw the world’s attention toward the worst form of subjugation and human rights violations committed by India in the IIOJK.

"Unworthy To Even Respond": India Slams Pak Minister's Kashmir Remarks
India has previously told Pakistan that the entire territories of the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh have been, are, and shall always be part of India.

ndia tore into Pakistan after its foreign minister raised the issue of Jammu and Kashmir at a Security Council debate on women, peace and security, saying it is "unworthy" to even respond to such "malicious and false propaganda".
Responding to Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's remarks on Jammu and Kashmir, India's Permanent Representative to the UN Ambassador Ruchira Kamboj on Tuesday termed his statement as "baseless and politically motivated".

"Before I conclude, let me dismiss the frivolous, baseless and politically motivated remarks made by the delegate of Pakistan regarding the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir," she said.

Speaking at the UN Security Council open debate on 'Women, Peace and Security', Ms Kamboj said: "my delegation considers it unworthy to even respond to such malicious and false propaganda."

"Rather, our focus is where it shall always be - positive and forward-looking. Today's discussion is critically important to strengthen our collective efforts to accelerate the full implementation of the Women, Peace and Security agenda. We respect the topic of the debate and recognise the importance of time. As such, our focus shall remain on the topic," she said.

Ms Kamboj's sharp retort came after Pakistan Foreign Minister Zardari referred to Jammu and Kashmir in his remarks to the Council debate held under Mozambique's Presidency for this month, on the eve of International Women's Day.

Never in my wildest dreams I thought we would see a day when a OIC country would snub Pakistan's interests. Thats pretty wild to me.

Think you have missed a lot of news on this - Kashmir is a small thing.
