Stats don't mean everything Cani. Montolivo has been really good for me and I won't let him go just like that. Actually I am yet to figure out players who will be part of my future plan and the areas I need to cover up. Give me some time, I'll get back to you.

Hey Sid, here are some players I'm willing to trade and since the Rockets and the Wonderboys have managed some great trades (Hernandez, Podolski, Vermaelen etc) in the past, I thought I should offer them to you.

Not Affelay, and anyway I am reluctant to let go of Montolivo esp since I have released Nocerino. Any other player that interests you? Demba BaA?

Sid, just realized yesterday that there's 5 IN 5 OUT limit on transfers, will need to wait for a response from Geordie before finalizing any deal..any other defender available besides Zabaelta - preferably a CB..

I guess Muschassio is a better option because he can play both CB and RB..I'll have to wait for Geordie's response though, if it goes through I won't need a RB, if it doesn't then I'll need Zabaleta.

Kolo Toure is another guy playing both CB/RB but he won't be up for trade unless its a blockbuster offer or something.

Need some of your help, hope you don't mind.

What sort of a player should I target in transfers?? I think I have a pretty good defense and a good GK. Its the attacking wherein the problem lies. I have Afellay on the center now, Pedro Leon plays on the right but he hasn't lived up to his stats so far. Left flank is the problem where I have Marin and Kranjcar but they aren't really up to the mark. Any suggestions?
 
I see you've already signed Gervinho, who can very effective on the left flank. The best thing about Afellay is his utility, even though he's primary a CAM, he most plays for the Netherlands as a RAM and played for Schalke as a LAM, in my FM experience, he's better as a winger. I think you should give Ander Herrera a real chance as a CAM, he's got serious potential, as far as the left wing is concerned, yep Gervinho and Afellay are two good options but I think Podolski and Demba Ba can be equally good on the left flank, so you might to alternate them, I guess in the friendlies you could see who is better suited as a striker, I wouldn't hesitate in playing Ba on the left flank, he did well for me when I used to play FM. If attack is your priority, I would suggest going for somebody like Matias Suarez, he's a very good striker who can also play on the flank, I'm not a big Ashley Young fan but that's another option and then there's Gerard Defoleou, he's not that good right now but in two-three seasons, you will be really glad you picked him. Looking at your squad though, I think you could use another holding midfielder like Tiote or Naingolan (he's a very good deep lying playmaker), which is why I'm not too sure why you went for Gervinho, especially since Pirlo is aging.

I actually picked Herrera as a CM so that I can freely look for another world class striker in exchange of Montolivo. Gervinho is more suited to the right flank actually but I feel he will be better than Marin and Kranjcar on the left and that is why I picked him. I was going for Thiago yesterday but I was a bit late and hence picked Gervinho. Playing Ba on left flank also looks like a good option. I have too many options so it is difficult to pick the right one. I really feel Benzema would be perfect for my team but unfortunately Zeeshan doesn't seem to be interested in Montolivo. I'm not even sure if that's a fair deal, just proposing it because once upon a time, Obi Mikel and Isla were coveted in this league.
