[VIDEO] ‘ICC, BCCI Providing Special Balls for Indian Bowlers Making Them Look Extraordinary’: Hasan Raza

Well this is such a stupid statement by an ex player who basically knows cricket better than any other.

Hassan Raza be like, “ICC gave Afghanistan special ball to ensure that Pakistan is eliminated”.
In a way I am happy that Maxwell played that incredible innings to win the game for Australia. If not I am sure there will be speculations in the social media about how BCCI ensured that Australia lost today's game to eliminate Pakistan. I remember when India were bowled out for 213 in the Asia cup, before India even bowled there were such speculations by Pakistan fans. Luckily both India & Australia won their respective games to put an end to such stupid allegations.

Australia deserved that win. Maxwell took the victory away from the jaws of defeat. Such controversies will always stay around the cricketing world because cricket has been more political rather then a sports nowadays.

Hassan Raza doubling down on his statements and said

"Yes, the ball was swinging and seaming, but the way Naveen Ul Haq bowled was very outstanding. Two slips were there, and two world-class batters got out. But again, when the shine of the ball goes away and the ball is changed after 20 overs, Maxwell starts scoring runs. Till 20 overs, the Indian ball was used, but after 20 overs, the normal ball was used, and then batters like Maxwell scored the first double century of their careers and scored 201 runs. Maxwell has played 136 matches in his career and scored 3790 odd runs, and today he has played an outstanding inning. This is the quality of such batters. He has 23 half-centuries and 4 centuries, and this is the first double century for Maxwell in the 39th match of the World Cup. Exciting batting."

This man didn't have any issues with UAE pitches which was evident to every naked eyes lol...

India and Australia know how to bat & bowl on these pitches... You should be careful in the first 15-20 overs against quality bowlers! Of course the bowlers should be really good. (So you can't expect such things from Pakistani bowlers!) At the same time batsmen should be of good quality to negate it (Again Pakistani batsmen can't counter it!). Then you can actually launch well and bat in attacking mode after 25 overs, and even good bowlers tend to suffer after that... This is where the litmus test happens for both batsmen & bowler (whether batsmen & bowlers can switch from attack to defense modes at right time! They have to be precise and use both the "modes" in the best way!)

If you get rid of 2 new balls and day-night-match - single red ball + day matches, then these pitches can offer even more perfect balance between bat & ball... Bowlers will not get enough movement in first 15 overs under the light + bowlers will not suffer with due factors coming into play after 30 overs... It is still balanced in a way (but you have to be smart enough to utilize the balance), but you will get even better balance without any confusions in day matches with red ball! But the question is - are Pakistani bowlers "now" good at mastering reverse swing (of course in legitimate ways!) like they used to do before? Teams like India have moved ahead & learnt cricket the tough way from those days! They can now adopt to any changes & challenges... So Pakistanis may not like this idea too (in case it gets implimented, they will find new things to blame!) They can try this (day ODI matches with single red ball) at their home and see how it goes... They tried to provide absolute flat pitches against Australia in recent test series to help their team and still lost!

The best example is 1996 world cup semifinals & 2011 finals. (So that Pakistanis can get somehow convinced/clarified about their favorite team "India"!) Sri Lanka had the right bowlers (plus captaincy) to exploit the weakness of foolish Indian middle-order (yes we accept that we had a foolish/useless middle-order batting lineup who couldn't handle that situation! We admit that! Unlike Paksitanis who still consider that their bowlers/batsmen are still dropouts from heavens/exo-planets!) So it was a combination of both smart bowlers vs. foolish batsmen. In 2011 it was a case (similar conditions) where a strong (deadly) middle-order batting lineup (stronger than 2023 Indian team - in terms of middle-order batting) defeated an average Sri Lankan bowling attack even with the scoreboard/knockout pressure! So you need the "skill", "stamina", "patience" & "application" to play proper cricket instead of blaming on conditions, rules, doctoring, fixing, etc, etc...

Indian cricket team star Mohammed Shami has reacted strongly on Instagram to the allegations of former Pakistan cricket team Batter Hasan Raza.

To the contrary, BCCI will be wanting to ensure Pak get to the semis, maybe an order was directed to Afghan to let Aussie win after Afghan had their fun.

A Pak-Ind semi-final is far more beneficial for BCCI in terms of finance and an easy victory for team India so win win. They'll be just working on deploying rain clouds for the Bengaluru match tomorrow.

ICC/BCCI provided a special ball to Afghanistan to hinder Pakistan from reaching the semi-finals, but Maxwell changed the ball during the break time.

There is hasan raza with this comment and earlier it was imam's statement of not getting enough protien's so that he can hit sixes regularly. Why all such wierd and stupid comments comes from pakaistan players only!

You think BCCI makes money from 1 or 2 ICC matches?

NO.

ICC revenue is already fixed for next few years. All rights and main sponsorship is sold. Only ticket sales remain.

Based on this ICC has an estimate of its surplus. Out of the surplus pool BCCI will get 38%.

So this India-Pakistan match being some windfall for BCCI is not true.

Secondly

BCCI is estimated to make more than 8bn to 9bn dollars in revenue over the next 4-5 years. Out of which only 11-12 per cent will be from ICC.

India’s undefeated rampage through their home World Cup has raised more than a few eyebrows with a former Pakistan star claiming to have uncovered a conspiracy.

There have been regular claims that India have been set up to claim their home tournament, having won all 10 of their games easily.

While cricket pundits raged over the revelation that the pitch for India’s ODI World Cup semi-final against New Zealand had been hand chosen and curated to suit the host nation, another drama erupted when 26-Test and 27-ODI Pakistani fast bowler Sikander Bakht floated a fresh conspiracy.

He claimed that Indian captain Rohit Sharma purposely tossed the coin in a way that rolled away from the toss and meant the opposition captain couldn’t see the outcome of the toss for themselves.

In Wednesday’s match, New Zealand captain Kane Williamson took the match referee’s word about the toss as the coin had come to rest several metres away.

It then would allow the match referee to simply say it had landed whichever way would benefit India most.

This is despite Sharma winning five and losing five tosses during the event.

There is no suggestion that either Sharma or the match referee have done anything wrong.

“Can I give you a conspiracy theory?” Bakht said on Geo News. “At the time of the toss, Rohit Sharma throws the coin distant from the range of any opposition captain. Thus, the opposition captain cannot go and crosscheck about the call.”

Bakht doubled down on X, where he posted the clip, writing: “Very strange the way Rohit Sharma throws the coin at the toss, far away, don’t let other captains see, compared to other captains in the WC, any reason?”

Speaking to Fox Cricket, a source from the New Zealand camp said Sharma’s coin tosses had raised eyebrows during the tournament.

However, the conspiracy has been rubbished by his own countrymen, with Wasim Akram and Moin Khan trashing the comments.

Speaking on A Sports’ show The Pavillion, Akram said, “Who decides where the coin should land? It is just for sponsorship, coin can go anywhere — I feel embarrassed.”

Khan, who was also on the show, added: “This is not true, I think he is mistaken. He is just creating a fuss, that’s it, nothing else. Because, every captain has a different way of tossing the coin, there is nothing in that.”

I have old posts back from 2003 when the exact same claims were made about the Australian team.

Their lucky that they played in an era where the Internet was brand new and digital media was transitioning into a new stage so things went under the radar but the exact same claims were made such as

Australia is a cheater, Glenn mcgrath is ball tampering, Shane Warne is being given a special ball, Gilchrist has a special bat that let's him score easily, Australia modifies pitches to suit their needs, the whole team uses their money to pay off other nations so they can lose to them etc etc.

It's all nonsense.
