SOUTH WAZIRISTAN: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday vehemently criticised Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in a public gathering on Wednesday, and ostensibly due to slip of the tongue called him, 'Sahiba' (Miss).

"I didn't take authority on a chit just like Bilawal Sahiba. My aim is to defeat corrupt people and give progress to the country," he said, "in the name of saving democracy all corrupt people have united. But the nation should be rest assured I will fight them alone."

The premier said that till he is alive no looter will receive a pardon or an NRO.

In response to the prime minister, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari tweeted, "What was that about small men in big offices? #PMSelect."

PM Imran also criticised Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Fazl) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman in his address by putting his financial credibility in question.

The premier said that the JUI-F chief sells himself cheap to the incumbent governments. "A Kashmir Committee and diesel permit is his price," he said.

PM backs Jirga system
The premier said that the local Jirga system in the tribal areas gives cheap and instant justice to the people, adding that pre 9/11 there were no crimes in the area as people used to get cheap justice.

"Tribal people have vest municipal system. In Jirgah the village decides for itself, they don’t have to go anywhere but after the merger, the tribal people will face difficulties they will have to hire lawyers and spend money," he said.

PM Imran said that he is bringing reforms in other areas of the country in light of the modulation of the Jirgah system. "We are trying to bring Jirgah system in the police stations to ensure instant justice."

Billo has abused IK and his family, this is the mildest thing IK could say.

Imran Khan has no backbone if he doesn't think that the Jirga system is regressive , outdated and has no place in the modern society.

A petty remark uttered in anger over repeatedly being called "prime minister select". An immature playground insult.

Disappointing and very unbecoming of a Prime Minister tbh. He's better than this.

pathetic stuff by the prime minister of Pakistan.

Imran khan has lost it recently. Guess hes under too much pressure for taking the country to bankruptcy.

Do you actually think it was a slip of the tongue? It's obvious that he means it. Pathetic

Pakistan isn't a modern society, especially the parts where Jirga system is already in operation. One of the problems with modernising the Jirga system is that the more up to date justice depts are full of crooks so in tribal areas they would rather stick to their own ways.

Of course he meant it, because it is a very appropriate description, but Imran as a politician should be above these type of things. This type of cussing might be fine for Modi and his acolytes, but Pakistan requires a sober PM.

Lol IK was being very polite. I would have said much worse

Imran khan has lost it recently. Guess hes under too much pressure for taking the country to bankruptcy.

He has lost his marbles completely.

After completely destroying economy and reversing 5 years efforts now he has become an absolute sham both at national and international level.

:)) the last tweet.
Soo true

He has lost his marbles completely.

After completely destroying economy and reversing 5 years efforts now he has become an absolute sham both at national and international level.

No he hasn’t, he has tried to fix problems that Munshi Dar and Noora crooks have created over 10 years. Do you ever stop lying? He will not offer carrots like Nooras but he will destroy you mafia. Btw after your humiliation over SS why did you run, why did his son and in son in law run, why is Munshi on the run, why are Babloo and Dabloo on the run?

Shouldn’t have said it. But ignore these twitter guardians decency. They are in it to build their brand.

The humiliation and embarrassment continues for Imran and PTI.

Another day, another low. The circus continues.

“A small man occupying a big office” indeed.

As a politician, leader of a country one should be careful when addressing other politicians, leaders and the general population... However, thieves and murderers should always be an exception...

After your humiliation last week, here is a reminder of how crooks are idiots. When are you going to do a long essay on this?

There is no need for IK to get involved in this petty mud-slinging, he should leave it to the likes of Fawad Chaudhry.

He wants carrots, he aint getting any. And the irony

"A social media smear campaign had erupted against the economist's appointment, with many calling for his removal.

A call-to-attention notice had also been submitted in the Senate by opposition parties against Mian's inclusion in the EAC. The notice bore the signatures of the PML-N, Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal and the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party members.

So he wont reply now:broad

What do you make of these guys saying guys calling him Sahiba

Most of his family members don’t speak Urdu well. Anyway, so what is your point?

Bilawal is a woman? It is okay for him to use such crass language because they have called him worse?

It is just a slip of tongue? Well, I wonder why his tongue is slipping more than Bambi on ice.

Rubbish, there were 4 different people that called him Sahiba, these are his people? Did you criticise them? I hope it wasnt a slip of the tongue, he should say it was deliberate and he was folLowing the lead of the PPP.

The only person who has been embarrassed more than Imran recently is Shireen Mazari, who was defending his choice of words as “Minister of Human Rights”.

This happened only a few days after her old tweets on Hafiz Shaikh resurfaced, where she called him America’s man and blamed him for ruining our economy.

Perhaps her only moment of redemption was when she confirmed in the parliament that Imran’s tongue slipped in Iran, and this successfully quashing the rumors that the video was edited and PTI supporters were left red-faced.

Imran uses respectable language:

PTI supporters: Wow what a leader. This is what you call a dignified PM, his Oxford education is shining through.

Imran uses pathetic language:

PTI supporters: No big deal. Bilawal has said worse and maybe his tongue slipped.

#CultMentality

Yes, if Billo can call his dead father a crook and even Nooras like Shami said this was rubbish, then he should call them every under the sun. I think he is far too tame and i have been disappointed with his tameness. Today we saw some real aggression. Lets see more against the crooks

A prime minister of a country would have chosen words more carefully but not in Pakistan.

It may sound rude to say but I am afraid that country of Pakistan is full of ignorance and ignorance sells there. The politics is no different. These twitters on internet are doing the same thing in their daily lives behind the curtains - insult. Insult is considered trivial in Pakistan. The more powerful one is, the more the exoneration.

Imran has learned from the "JAHILS" of PPP and PMLN that all he has to do is fool the mass, get popular, and buy the votes (basically jaisay ko Tesa). He was not addressing to intellectuals in Wana. Who in the right frame of mind wanna bore to death to that gullible crowd by facts. The crowd was there to hear Masala and they got it. Good job Imran.

So basically, just replace snowflake with chor, lotaray and kurupt, and we'll have Pakistani politics in a nutshell.

Shouldn't have done it! as his stature is much bigger than these clowns like Bilawal Bhutto & Maryam Nawaz who have achieved nothing noteworthy yet.

But I am not surprised that media is on a full-on smear campaign against Imran Khan as Bilawal has even implied that he thinks Imran Khan is a Jew agent, If only Imran Khan had said what Bilwal did the whole media would've thrown a hissy fit and demended Imran Khan resignation by now but not a squeak on Bilawal.

Think its because most of the times, media tends to criticize sitting federal governments over the opposition. Remember when Zardari and co were ridiculed left, right and centre by the media between 2008-2013? That's just how media works. It's probably because with power comes responsibility and the higher you are placed on that chain, the more you face criticism. Not many ppl care about stupid statements of Ugandan president/PM, but everyone jumps on DJT. That's how it is. That's how media and power are linked.

Loving all those opposition member tweets you posted, great to know that there are so many feminist, LGBT supporting Pakistanis in the country!

To an extent that is true but Imran Khan is held to a different standard altogether in Pakistan, which now I think about it is not a bad thing as it'll only make the future parlimentariens better (this lot is a lost case), but media needs to be a little more non-biased and apply some better standards on other politicians as well.

Bewal Express after listening to filth this accidental president of ppp has been spitting out about khan in last few days i feel relieved what khan did today,, Dila thanda karr diya.

Bilawal needs to be taught a lesson and his place. He has been taking far too many liberties against IK, AU (people who have actual real life achievements in the lives built over decades of hard work and endeavor) and the PTI govt and has used unparliamentary language.

BB has nothing to speak about, the Africa like state of Sindh in the last ten years of PPP rule is in front of everyone, he has never done a job in his life, his only identity is being the son of Benazir Bhutto and AZ and being the inherent to a political dynasty.

Imran uses respectable language for respectable people, not people that steal a trillion from a poor population. These people are worst than animals and needed to treated as such
Imran has never used good language about these looters,

Billo needs to be put in his place. IK has been too tame against this loser, whats his achievements in life?why is he chairman of this crooked party? Good work by IK by repeating the trolling done to Billo by his own party of crooks

Imran is held to a different standard because of his holier than thou attitude. If you call yourself a savior and someone who will transform the fortunes of Pakistan, it is inevitable that your every word and every move will be scrutinized.

However, you can’t talk about tabdeeli and then appoint Fawad Chaudhry as Minister of Science & Technology and Firdous Awan as Assistant of Information & Broadcasting, as well as appointing a former PPP Finance Minister as advisor.

The justification that other parties are worse and at least Imran is not corrupt etc. doesn’t work. The other parties did not sell the dream of tabdeeli - PTI’s whole manifesto was built on ending the status quo and ending the two party system, and they have failed to act on that promise.

PPL tend to forget that it was also the media who gave IK a lot of positive coverage prior to the 2013 elections. PTI and IK wouldn't be ruling today without the necessary publicity his party received from the media. Things turned sour when IK accused Geo News of selling out to PML-N. The rest is history.

Billo is desperate for some leverage to buy daddy and auntie freedom and if you do that don’t expect others to be nice.

Imran has never used good language about these looters,

Did you see these these losers that ran here with their Rona dona on Billo sahiba treat the Sindh corruption thread as kryptonite. What kind of disgusting animals steal a trillion from the most hapless people in PK?

If you think Imran Khan is the only politicain who has made promises well then I have a bridge to sell you, every politican makes big promises (PML-N & PPP included), remember ending load-shedding in 6 months? Heck PPP couldn't even catch Benazir Bhutto murderers (talk about incompetency).

As this is an elected government after the end of their term I, you & the people of Paksitan will judge their performance and decide who to vote for next. Promises or no promises, tabdeeli or no tabdeeli, only performance will matter.

No matter how much you don't like tabdeeli, it is not solely because of Imran Khan, it is the will of the people of Pakistan because they are tired of PPP, PML-N and Dictatorships. No matter what happens next I don't think any of the aforementioned rulers are coming back.

I don't have a property in PK, never mind London.

Rana Sanaullah not exactly being subtle.

Is this still going on?

Like no one has ever slipped their tongue!

Look at Trump and May - they do it all the time!

It happens, get over it.

Every party makes promises during election campaigns that they don’t fulfill. However, there is a fundamental difference between PTI and other parties - it is not built on a family dynasty but rather a promise that it will bring a revolution to the political system of Pakistan.

On the other hand, PPP and PMLN did not come into existence on that promise. They are parties built on family politics and their vote bank who vote for them independent of their performance.

This promise of change was the only reason why people voted for PTI, and Imran’s decision to welcome junk from PMLQ, PPP, PMLN and MQM to take advantage of their vote banks was an insult to the faith and intelligence of the PTI supporters.

You are right that people will judge them after their term, but with the way things are going, they will be lucky to even last for 5 years. In only 8 months, the wheels are already starting to come off.

Honestly, don't see anything wrong in what he said.

If anything, he finally called "her" by the right gender classification.

Part of what you say is true [bold emphasis], but please tell me, how does one convince the past beneficiaries of corruption of a future which promises to be corruption free?

This is not to say anything of the slip ups you see with IK. It's called being human (we all make mistakes), and honesty unlike the corrupt who follow a script.

If you think after 9 months is failing in a political sphere, then you do not understand politics, unless of course, one receives a wadded brown envelope!

I see people have passed judgements on this as if they can factually say that this was not a slip of tongue and totally on purpose. I mean Zardari himself has used Bilawals name in a female adjective so how are we so hell bent on saying Imran could not have had a slip of tongue here.

Because AZ and other PPP crooks calling him a her is ok, they know the truth about the crooked little loser.

LOL at Maryam Nawaz retweeting about misogynist remarks and calling them disgusting. Wasn't there a video on here that went viral where she got her goons to beat the crap out of some young store clerk because he wouldn't keep the shop open for her?
