Yes I agree. Interviews that I seen show many Hindus mentioning the mughals. They simply can not get over centuries of Muslim rule over India. History will remain history and there is no way that they can change it.

If you think Modi is bad, one should listen to this Yogi chap. Never seen a politician so full of hatred. This will only make things worse and ignite the violence.

I feel sorry for Indian Muslims but yet again they always remained silent when Kashmiris were butchered.

I hope that there is justice and sanity prevails. However, watching interviews really opened my eyes and I can unfortunately imagine the situation going worse.
 
Kashmir is a big dilemma for Indian muslims and so is the 2 nation theory. They remained in India in 1947, which automatically gets translated into the approval of secularism and rejection of partition. (Whereas in reality many could ve different reasons)

Now they need strength in numbers, so Kashmir remaining within India boasts their numbers. Also saying anything in favour of Pakistan will automatically put their secularism in question.

Its a catch 22 situation for Indian muslims and we shouldn’t blame them for their difficult choices.

The shaheen bagh protest has been going on for around 70 days and NO ONE has died and there have barely been any injuries (if any).
this is what a peaceful protest looks like.

Your kapil sharma threatened the use of force and then in the next few hours these riots started. many international news outlets are blaming the BJP for this. Your own police force is supporting these riots and YOU'RE the one acting as a victim?

Muslims blocked two other places, jaffrabad and Seelampur. Started blocking Bhajanpura. There by cutting off north east delhi.

When police came, stone pelting started. One policeman died. One landed in ICU and another was shot at by a guy named mohammad Shahrukh.

The non muslims there would do nothing? Right? S

Truth is even though i feel a lot of sympathy for Kashmiris, when they say that they can’t be with India but will fully support joining with Pakistan mainly because of their religion is wrong in several layers. I cannot support that belief system. Maybe there is a reason for them because of our armed forces atrocities but how can we support Kashmiris openly when they wage war against India? After all we are Indians too. These bhakts will brand us traitors if we openly support them. What choice does we actually have?

Wake up , Muslim elderly women are burned to death, children are being killed, young men are lynched, mosques raised to the ground..the list goes on.

Your mentality is a perfect example of why Indian Muslims are so weak and how they will be cleansed slowly but surely unless they wake up and fight back.

The North Indian Muslims especially the poor ones would have definitely gone to Pakistan if they would knew this will be the situation here and there will be intense hatred against them by the ruling party. I don't care if I get banned for this but you have to be a morally bankrupt person (WITH ZERO CONSCIENCE) to not feel empathy on the plight of the people who's houses have been burned and who have to leave everything because saffron wielding terrorists are running riot while the police does nothing.

Wouldn't even wish it on my enemy to reside in India, if that's how they operate in the capital, can't even imagine what atrocities the Indian govt might be doing on Hindu dominated states and mostly in Kashmir.

I feel for the Muslims of mainland India , I don't believe they are innocent either, they are just as guilty as the hindus, no one is innocent here, this riot was a planned ordeal because of Donald Trump's visit, Congress funding this, the timing and the intense nature of the riots give it away with my dear Ammayi Sonya calling for Amit Shahs resignation during the riots lol :)) ... We feel for the 219 pandits who were killed during the trouble over the course of some years but it never had a communal angle. They were not singled out and targetted. Muslims who were seen as working against Kashmir's cause were killed too. There were no riots or anything ever. Any innocent killing is wrong and we dont condone it. However, we cant say that Indians feel the same about Kashmir.

You want to destroy us, you will fail. We are a nation older than India. You will see where fate lands you if you continue this policy of hate.

These protests have been happening for a LONG time. Where were the riots then if they wanted to riot? BJP decides to take matters into their own hands and things go out of control.

1. What about election campaign supporting illegal occupation of roads?

2. What about speeches by WarisPathan or Amanatullah Khan or Tahir Husssain or scores of others. Ofcourse they dont matter. Do they?

3.Police went to clear Jaffrabad. They were pelted with stones. 1 died. 1 is in ICU. Acid thrown at them. They have every right to retaliate and defend themselves.

4.Mohammad Sharukh was the guy firing at police.

5. Mini Gujarat? You mean how 60 hindus were burnt to death.

There are lot of videos in circulation of police destroying CCTV camera's. Its always been the same...They provoke muslims and when muslims react, there are riots. In every riot the police **** always sides with their brethren..
Indian media won't show but you can find lots of real footage of how police helping the rioters.

Many people, especially Indian muslims, still dont understand the scale of hatred against them. Perhaps they dont want to believe it because where will they go? I feel sad for them even if they never spoke for the atrocities in Kashmir. Even now we dont have internet access except some useless whitelisted sites. Any one who is seen speaking in criticism of Indian establishment is slapped with draconian public safety act. No one speaks for us even now. The biggest atrocity for us is that the atrocities done on us are not even seen by anyone.

You are not getting my simple question bhai.

We can discus right-wrong of both sides (by the way, NO ONE is defending the acts of these people while all I say is deflection from the other side). As for election campaign, govt can clear out the roads and give them another place to protest.

Police have right to retaliate and arrest people. But why did the POLICE take part in riots? Why did they have to remove CCTV camera when it was their BEST WEAPON if they were oh so right in this case

Let me know.

And yes...super mini Gujarat where Hindus died, MAJORITY Muslims died, mobs attacked households ALL with support of state machinery.

This may be news for some, but it is an open truth in police circles. The lower ranks have their own biases, they come from the same society after all, and they either shield those they agree with, or show disproportionate power against those they don't agree with. This is often the main reason, it is not always a "oopar se order aaya hai".
 
I don't know why people are asking questions as to why the army hasn't been brought in to quell the riots. Modi was elected on the back of allowing Hindu mobs to rampage in Gujarat in 2002 when thousands lost their lives. This is his modus operandi, it is the reason why he was elected. Why would he want it to be different at a national level?

mostly when they are friends/neighbours. not because of love for the other religion. just like some indian posters are concerned about the kashmiri posters and welcomed them back, but dont care about the kashmiris in general.

it is not enough, as mostly neighbourhoods are segregated. You will rarely see hindu and muslim households next to each other. So during riots it is one muslim mohalla vs a hindu mohalla.
