Very Phastttt. Also, was watching and interesting documentary where he was talking about how he had to cut a hole on his bowling shoe so that when he bowls, the toe does not get impacted and damaged. It was interesting to say the least.

Naah. Shane Bond had pace ( 145 kph ) + swing + control

Too bad his fitness was awful else he could have been Dale Steyn ( before Dale Steyn came into the picture )
