What 'us' ? The Hindu culture was in the valley way before Islam came there. There is no 'us'... He is getting privileges which other citizens of India who love and respect the flag are not getting, he can buy land in Kashmir and other parts of India while the hard working deserving Indians are not allowed to in Kashmir (YET)...

And what culture was there before hindu culture? And before that? And before that? This is fallible argument so dont even go there or you'll end up looking like an illogical person which you have already shown yourself to be in numerous posts. Present day Kashmiris are descendents of the same hindu people who accepted Islam. The place belongs to the people who live there, not any ideology. Ideologies keep changing, people remain the same.
Coming to the rights, you can ban Kashmiris from purchasing land in India. No problem. But Kashmir (and every princely state) acceded to India on basis of some conditions which India will have to respect till eternity. Otherwise your founding fathers shouldnt have agreed to these conditions all those decades ago. Complain to them, not to us.

I have nothing against Kashmiri's, I want peace however I sure as hell will not stand for, along with close to a billion of us with this section 35A nonsense. Hopefully it will change, you lot have been given all the rights and advantages however you chose violence instead, first driving off the Kashmiri Pandits because they were Hindus and now causing unrest in the present day. You can cry wolf all you want however had the Pandits not been driven out the Indian army would not have been placed there, you had the best of all worlds, you could have kept going the same way with the section 35A and lived peacefully and prospered instead you chose to spread violence and unrest in the name of your religion. Your forefathers chose to go backwards and now you are bearing the brunt.... When section 35A is removed, you can damn well bet Indians from all over India will slowly follow to Kashmir, because for us in the mainland it is 'OUR' land and we sure as hell don't care when your lot say 'us'.. There will be plenty of violence initially however as the migration increases from mainland and more ppl settle there, just like in China any uprising will just dieeee down and you will learn to live with each other....

It's conditional and hence debatable. Patel was ok with Kashmir going to Pakistan as long as the Raja acceded to Kashmir. However, that didn't happen for the reason we are aware. Also, Had Jinnah allowed Hyderabad and Junagadh to go to India, Patel might have let kashmir go to Pakistan, but Jinnah rejected the deal.
