If I was EVER made the PCB chairman, this is the first thing I will address in a presser and/or on a live TV, by starting with addressing my own family and friends.

And this rule will be implemented for ALL PCB employees. If you receive call to go against the merit, name the person in the open public.

Education has nothing to do with captaincy. It will only help you speak good English during the interviews. Appointing Shan Masood will be the biggest blunder in this case. He is not even suitable atm to be in the team.

OR what I presume, KNOWING ENGLISH?

Babar has CIVIC MANNERS. speaks to everyone respectfully. Is not arrogant. Doesn't abuse on the field. Is well respected as a good human being by teammates. Doesn't promote betting websites even though they have offered him millions.
