Look at that guy dancing, even he's happy Hafeez has been dismissed.
 
People who are expecting Babar to become a multi geared batsman as he progresses are in for a sad reality check. I see a Kane Williamson level batsman at best....which in itself is no mean feat. I don't see Babar ending beyond Inzi level tho.
 
I think rameez is probably more unhappy than hafeez at that, thats about 98% of his commentary material gone now.

we won't know how good or bad that innings was until the end of the pakistan innings, remember, this is the last pair essentially given sarfraz's one day form.
 
You know Pakistan team is boring when your entertainment is coming from Pakpassion posters instead of the match itself....

Sarfi should have come. Malik can hit at the end which Sarfi is not good at.
Also Sarfi a better player of spin than Malik.

Again poor batting order.
 
Shoaib Malik is definitely in the top 5 players of spin in Pakistan. Pakistans batting vs spin in tests is going to be exposed badly soon...
 
Ball is gripping better today, won't be easy for WI hacks to hit through the line.

I supported Mickey Arthur and Inzamam as coach and chief selector but I cannot defend Hafeez's selection.

At 36 he has no long-term future and is not an indispensable senior player. He was appalling with the bat in PSL and even his 88 the other day masked his deficiencies as he was extremely slow starting off the blocks. His bowling since his ban in 2014 offers little threat.

I hope they've learned their lesson.
 
Hopefully this score from Captain Babar will shoot me up the fantasy rankings!

that is probably because you dont know how to bat. bring nurse against me and i swear i can hit him out of the park every other ball. i can just tell from his hand, where the ball will picth and can position accoridngly.

wanna see the difference bw hafiz and mian..the last odi was obvious but if he does well today then this topic should be dumped that who is better..

Cannot take you seriously.
He may not be amazing but to claim that u can hit every 2nd ball out of the park is nonsense.
 
Hafeez killed our chances of scoring big. Even a nebwie like Nurse made him dance on the pitch.

MoHa won't be dropped. He might be dropped in 3rd ODI, but that'll be only to protect him for CT - that's why they picked Asif Zakir as only middle order cover.

Look, I can't prove everything, but I can feel what's going on - this morning, I knew that Babar will come at 3, unless openers put 100.
 
Not surprising, Malik's already produced his one good innings per series that'll enable him to keep his place in the team.
