Lol can't believe I said Bangladesh. I did mention West Indies have potential which has been proven in the last year.

West Indies well ahead. Bangladesh have a lot of work to do to improve in tests.

WestIndies due to much better pace attack imo.
Roach has been fantastic since his comeback.
Overall roach,Gabriel,holder,cummins form decent pace attack.
Brathwaite,hope,chase are capable test batsman.

Even Dowrich is coming through as a batsman.

Bangldesh is just one ranking point behind WI now (WI 70,BD 69).So ,both teams are almost at same level.

Id say windies for now. A full strength windies side did win a test in England . Not sure BD can do that.
