WTH chanderpaul, wk and 6 fielders standing so close to him and another 2 fielders in the circle, he can easily hit the ball and force Dhoni to push fielders back. It's really annoying watching this

Series-defining partnership here.

C'maan Kirky and Shiv! :viv :holding

Loooool almost ran himself out :)))

Hundred, well done Edwards!

kirk edwards will find it hard to batter this inning.he looks like pollard and had a good celebration

Hundred on debut! This guy has an average of 40+ in FC cricket and a 171 against England Lions playing for Barbados. He is 26. Why has he not been picked before?

Dravid shaking Kirk's hand :14:

Sachin would have never done that...

Now that he has been picked what a great debut for him. Hope he carries on with the good work

13 overs to go, Chanders needs 39 runs for his century, guess we will have to wait tomorrow for his excellent century.

Edwards out 110, respect to Bhajji, Dravid and others for congratulating him

samuels was unlucky to be adjudicated lbw and that's why we neeed hawk eye

Congrats to Edwards. :14:

India should finish off WI tomorrow to cap off an impressive tour.

If the weather cooperates, we should wrap this up tomorrow. Unless :sami plays one for the ages.....

Finally the WI batsmen are putting this average bowling attack to the sword.

224/6 @ 2.7 rpo = bowling attack being put to the sword? :afridi?

More like :misbah...someone is losing it!

Dravid shaking Kirk's hand :14:

Sachin would have never done that...

Sachinpassion.net lives on...even when he's not playing, pak posters will keep bringing him up to put him down...well done AZ!

India should bowl out WI maximum by Lunch and then try to wrap up the test. Hope, rain stays away like the last two days.

Edwards played really well.Excellent ton, chanderpaul played well showed good character and patience ,looked a bit unsettled at the begining,Dravid dropped him before tea

Two results possible either a india win or a draw which depends on the climate and further resistance from windies.india got the new ball and praveen picked one wicket with it,ishant
still to use it

Can the Windies pull it off?

They are 80 odd runs ahead with Tiger still at the crease. If they can cobble together another 100 runs, the ghosts of Barbados circa the late 90s will surely start their making their presence felt in the Indian camp, at least in the minds of the elder statesment in the team, Dravid and Laxman, on whom the Indian batting depends so much? Or has the new Indian team moved on from those dark days when defeat was so valiantly clutched from the maws of victory.

Back in those days there were hardly any good batters in the Indian team except Sachin , Azhar and the Windies had good strong bowlers so it was possible to dismiss India to a lower score but now no chance.

Based on the recent record the answer would be no. In 2010 alone, we pulled off some very good 4th innings chases, 250+ vs the Lankans with VVS hitting a 100 and Raina a 50, 215 vs the Aussies with VVS guiding us home through a crucial partnership with Ishant and then Ojha, and then 200 odd with Pujara hitting a breezy 70+.

Having said this, cricket is a game of uncertainties, you never know what some early wickets in a chase can lead to .

It can go either way.. (India winning or draw).... WI are 81 runs ahead and last batting pair on crease.... If india gets through WI line up by lunch and then are chasing 150 odd runs, then barring rains I would put my money on India winning the series 2/0.....

But yeah funny things can happen in test cricket.... I am just hoping that we get a full days play :)

Dravid and Ganguly had already hoved onto the scene, hadn't they?

Only if Chanders gets a hundred and Sammy gets a fifty, otherwise no.

In that case match will be a DRAW......

If i think from WI perspective, they are behind in the series and have to do something for a win but i dont think they have the balls to give India a target and more importantly give themselves time to bowl out India....

Why do so few Indian fans comment when an opposition player gets a rough umpiring decision, instead of one of their own? To be fair, Pakistani fans do that too.

Edit:And another poor decision, against Sammy this time. Not to mention Edwards getting a bad decision in the first innings. Grrr....
