These are the same players who look like a deer under the headlights at international, but are winning matches for their teams

Lack of quality in bowling

The thread is not why, but what to do with them. No doubt the difference in quality of bowling if one of the prime reasons. But what do you do with such players, coz they're the ones who're out performing everyone else in the domestic cricket.

Its not like all of them have played a tons of international matches (Asif has played the most I guess out of this lot).

Just do what other countries do, if anyone is not working in national team after a considerable run (Thats a must) in his current position select the next person who has done it in domestic cricket on that position irrespective of weather he played a few matches before where he didnt perform or not. There are multiple examples of players all around who have made quite a few comebacks before finding their feet at international level or never finding their feet at that level till the end.

The only thing that comes to mind which the current management is also doing is give them chances one by one and hope one or two of them clicks. If these players are dominating the domestics so unfortunately they are the best we have.

Keep them in domestic cricket.

Like Phil Jaques or Amul Mazumdar, it's for the greater good of the players around them.
