What was the last song you listened to?

What Music have you been lately listening to?

Personally I am into soft and mellow type music and ghazals, and not really a great big fan of Heavy Metal, Grunge type Satanic/Evil stuff; however, you are free to share whatever you have been listening to.
 
I am an out and out metalhead, but I do listen to music from a wide-array of different genres including but not limited to Rock(pretty much all types except punk), Blues, Swiss and Scandinavian folk groups, Indian pop from the 90s, Robindro Sangeet. Not a big fan of Jazz but listen to a few chosen scores. Generally loathe mainstream American 'Pop' with a few notable exceptions.

Anyone feeling Marvin Gaye

I am going on Marvin's music "binge" and I feel like that modern pop music owe s a lot to this guy

His sound is very "modern" even in 70s,80s unlike his peers so this suggests that his music was a trend setter of sort for the later generation of musicians
 
He took a years long hoghatus from music after the death of his female friend and duet singing partner
Struggled with depression and drugs (crack or cocaine I think)
But after some years came out with a bang in this album and got a grammy
 
The duet singer was his friend
Look at his evolution he started as a motown guy but with time he evolved into making a distinct modern sound that we can still see in modern music
 
Probably one of his most famous songs listen to the first seconds this is where the sexual moment sound track on memes and pop culture tv shows comes from... :shaq

Oh man this is a good song he is moving towards modern hip hop sound or trap
But without interfing with his lyrics

My complain with nasir album was that it was stuck in time long gone, sound long gone

That's what separates him even if he wanted he cant write lame bars. Goat for a reason.

Madonna has postponed her world tour after a stay in intensive care with a serious bacterial infection, but a full recovery is expected.

According to her manager, the global popstar developed a serious bacterial infection, which led to "a several day stay in ICU".

In a statement, Guy Oseary said Madonna's health is improving, but she is still under medical care.

Madonna announced the 35-date worldwide tour at the beginning of year.

The pop icon aimed to celebrate the 40th anniversary of her breakout single, Holiday, by embarking on her first ever greatest hits tour.
