What's new

What was the last thing you ate?

Bro. You consume alot of Calories throughout the day.

Yes. Probably. :inti

I used to have 2-3 meals daily. I now eat 4-6 meals. I guess I need to return to 2-3 meals.

I have been having some stressful situations lately. It is affecting my discpline and making me eat/drink more. Need to fix this.

Anyway, despite eating too much, I have been keeping my weight below 195 pounds. I am currently around 192 pounds (went from 213 pounds to 192).

Ok. Hope your situation is resolved Quickly. Stress can lead to comfort eating. Before you know it, it can lead to excessive weight Gain.

I'm glad though, your weight is under control and keep up the Cardio workout to maintain it.

Nope. :inti

I should get those tested perhaps. I am curious what the numbers are.

Anyway, my BMI is in the "overweight" range currently. I managed to get out of the "obese" phase with cardio and intermittent fasting. Lost 21 pounds in 18 months. :dav

BMI is a useless metric to go off in alot of cases, bro. For example, most bodybuilders would classify as overweight in BMI due to their weight compared to their height but in reality, they have large amount of muscle mass and low body fat %.

Lipids & blood glucose/HbA1c are good indicators of your metabolic health. Should get them checked regularly (once every 6 months is good if no known issues), bruh.

After work, went to this Indian punjabi food store.

Ordered some pani puri and cardamom tea.

Pani puri was excellent. 5 out of 5.

Cardamom tea was average. 3 out of 5.

Only complaint was portion size. Indian stores tend to give very small portions. LOL. Very stingy.

When I go to a Pakistani store or a Bangladeshi store, portion sizes are huge generally.

This is why I generally do not go to Indian stores. Smaller portion and higher price. Ripoff.:inti
