What are the reasons for this type of fast brother is it for weight loss? How did you feel?

Main objective is weight loss. :inti

I already do intermittent fasting for 14-16 hours daily. I went for 24 hours yesterday. I don't normally do 24 hours; I have only done it 3 times in my life.

Anyway, there are additional health benefits for occasional 24-hour fasts. You can check the videos below.

Disclaimer: It can be dangerous for some people with certain conditions. Please consult with your doctor if it is safe for you.

Regarding how I felt, I felt great actually. My stomach felt great. I felt more focused. I felt lighter.

Since I already do intermittent fasting regularly, it was not hard on my body.

Believe it or not, there use to be another wrestling thread which had the no.1 spot by some margin, it was too big for PP and had to be archived and we started the current one which still somehow managed to break into the top 3 after losing its position, wrestling fans are crazy :yk3 too much Beef to discuss, a proven ratings driver :yk

Isn't wrestling all Fake?

Isn't wrestling all Fake?

It’s basically a TV program like Star Plus innit, but more people beating each other up, live, anything can go wrong with the stunts and the bumps are painful nevertheless. I would say it’s closer to Youtube Boxing but a million times better.

Yes. I saw that. Old wrestling thread is the largest thread in PP's history.

mA At this rate, you will soon look like Hulk Hogan :afridi

Ric Flair was a big advocate of Beef as well in his prime.

Do you cook all these meals? They look amazing bro.

LOL!

When I was a kid, I used to be a very skinny kid. I used to eat very little.

After I became 15-16, I started to be bulky and I am still bulky to this day. I was 220 pounds like a year ago. I managed to bring it down to 200 pounds with cardio and intermittent fasting.

Rice + spicy "gourd and beef" curry + chicken curry.
The gourd is straight from our backyard (fresh veggie).

Sweet.

Ice cream.

Milk tea.

Most of these are either purchased outside or my mom cooks.

I can cook too but I am not cooking a lot lately. I mostly fry eggs or make fried rice.

I don't know how to cook meat or fish. I want to learn that. :dav

I love jalfrezi. Very delicious and healthy.

Not a fan of flavored water. I like regular water. :inti
I like regular water but because I’m trying to quit sodas completely, my tastebuds still crave them so I just use “vitamin” water as it’s called with electrolytes to still have something to drink with the meal with a sweet taste but be less detrimental.

I see. That makes sense.

For all the foodies - you can only eat one countries food for the rest of your life.

Which one will you choose and why?

My favorite cuisines/foods:

Afghan cuisines
Mexican cuisines
Arab/Gulf cuisines
Desi cuisines
American-style juicy beef steak (halal)

From these, my favorite are definitely the Afghan cuisines. I am surrounded by many Afghan restaurants and I buy from them regularly.
