What's new

What was the last thing you ate?

Surely they must have it in Canada Bro

Thanks.

I have never seen it anywhere. Maybe it is only sold in some specific stores. I may have to check on Google.

Green Tea meant to be very good for the immune system?

Yes. It is very healthy to drink green tea. I drink it often.

I generally drink it at night. Right before going to bed. It doesn't affect sleep as it doesn't have much caffeine.

I actually find green tea helpful for my sleep.

After doing cardio for 52 minutes, here is my dinner: :inti

I’m sure I’ve had that curry in last few months or something if not last few years

Looked exactly the same from what I recall but had a specific name outside of just shrimp curry.

Can’t remember it rn

Nice.

I love shrimp. But, it is very high in cholesterol. So, I have to watch.

About a decade ago, I was in university dorm for 2 years (I did 2 years at campus and rest online). During my dorm days, I used to order shrimp biryani frequently from a local store. It was very good.

@aboveandbeyond, I made Tibetan butter tea today.

This is the first time I have tried Tibetan butter tea. It actually tastes pretty unique. I want to make it often moving forward.

Anyway, here is how it looks like (it looks a bit yellow-ish):

@Suleiman

I made this tea yesterday. It is called "Tibetan Butter Tea". It is a common drink in Tibet.

I actually loved it. It tastes creamy. Addition of small salt gives it an extra kick.

I may make it more during really cold days. It warmed me up yesterday. :inti

Brother I’m still waiting for it to get cold so I can go on my own annual Kashmiri chai run..

Best enjoyed in the cold.

Am glad you found out about Kashmiri chai, been having it every winter since I was 5. Get it in Karachi everywhere even at ice cream stores in small styrofoam cups.

Nice.

Kashmiri tea is unknown in Bangladesh. Bangladeshis don't drink this. My 67-year old dad never heard of it until yesterday (I shared some with him). He actually loved Kashmiri tea. He said it was very good. My mom has also never tried it until I shared with her.

Before 2025, I have also never drunk any Kashmiri tea. I recently started to drink it. I am now hooked. It has now become one of my favorite teas.
