glass of with water / psyllium husk + chia seeds

Lunch:
Green tea + ginger

Diner:
Youghurt / kefir / bluberries/ strawberries / raspberries / Blackberries + sunflower seeds. pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, goji berries
