When will Pakistan be listed as a country where PSN is available?

I bought a PS4 for my cousin who lives in Pakistan, he told me that Pakistan is not listed on the PSN list. Why is that??
Even countries like Vietnam, Ecuador etc are listed but not Pakistan. India have their own store as well.
Why are Playstation not investing in Pakistan and when can we expect Pakistan to be listed as one of the countries who have their own PS Store?
Any educated guesses?? In 5 years maybe?

Vietnam has big gaming population and also You would be surprised by the amount of Latin Americans into Anime and gaming..

On India when i was in school itself there were ps2 game studios ... even if 10 cities in India the urban kids play it would amount to a decent population needed to sustain, still not a big market..

1) You can access PSN and its all features including online gaming etc. like any normal user
2) Main issue is purchasing games or renewing your membership which you can easily resolve by buying a PSN card from any of the online or brick and mortar retailers


PS4 has a sizeable market in Pakistan and Pakistani gamers have made massive achievements across the world. Its just that for Sony the benefit for launching officially are none so they are happy to sell PS4 to pakistan through grey channel and not have to worry about after sales support.
