We are too busy with non-Pakistanis getting killed in Kashmir and Palestine.

Meddling in other countries and ignoring our own problems has been Pakistan’s state policy since 47, and it has been the key reason why the country is in the dumps today.

Unfortunately, that mentality has trickled down to the people as well, who feel more strongly about the struggles of Indian Kashmiris and Palestinians than the plight and persecution of their own countrymen.

The media has a very important role to play in building or reflecting opinion in society. I have no idea how these killings are reported in Pakistan or what sort of coverage they get. Third world public are generally ill-informed so role of responsible tv and news media becomes even more crucial in this regard.

I agree with that list except Kashmir. Kashmir is not a faraway land, it is right next door, a neighbor and can even be considered an extension of Pakistan. Don't try to throw them under the bus to make a point, Pakistan needs to protects all of its citizens.

The pattern of by-elections in Jhang and PML-N’s alliance with Sipah-e-Sahaba is a worrisome development. However, this is not the first time that PML-N has established alliances with terrorist organisations. It may be noted that PML-N’s Sipah-e-Sahaba group has in the past attacked Christians, Shias and Barelvis in various parts of Punjab, particularly in areas surrounding Faisalabad, Jhang and Sargodha. For example:
