Which bowler will bowl the fastest delivery in PSL 6?

Given the heat and humidity, it's unlikely that any fast bowler will strive for extra pace. Given the travails with quarantine and travelling to the UAE, hot weather conditioning for the fast bowlers will not be ideal either.

By entirely at 155k I mean 70% of the deliveries 150k+ where 155k being the fastest , I have seen them doing that many times.

I am talking about entire 4/5 overs spell.

No prime Shoab in test matches was mainly 142kph-148kph, and when he was was in good rhythm or on the hunt for a wicket or bowling to a tail ender he would crank it up to 155kph..

I only rate a bowlers speed in Test matches.

Of the current bunch in Tests I rate the fastest andre Norte ( sorry spelling), Starc, Wood, Archa, and Gabriel are the only Test match bowlers who can bowl 150kph+ in a test, with Norte the fastest, check out some of his ave speeds, most 90mph+ ave per innings. I rate him the fastest Test bowler since SHoab Aktar and Bret Lee.

Days of such pace are gone around the world unfortunately (Akhtar and Lee in 1999 WC were a treat). 150 kph+ itself is a rarity now a days, so any spell which is consistently around mid to late 140s is considered a quick one.
