Lahore Qalandars are looking like good candidates at the moment, but could get a late surge?

Without any second thought it's Lahore Qalandars, way they are playing in this tournament they might get knocked out of PSL 10 too based on their current performance.

It's Lahore Qalandars, a toothless team. The worst bowling attack, including Haris Rauf and Zaman Khan, and the worst batting lineup, except for Rassie and Sahibzada Farhan.

Not sure about the strategy they entered PSL 9 with.

If Qalandars win tonight - things could change

LQ have lost six out of six and it is now almost impossible for them to make it to the playoffs. So, now the question should be, who will be the second team to not reach the playoff stage in this edition of PSL.

kk and LQ will be the bottom two sides for sure.

It’s not good for the tournament as the competition is reduced with 5 teams competing for 4 spots - not much of a fight till the end…

Yes PSL should increase the number of teams to at least 8 to make it even more competitive.

Lahore has done what Karachi or Quetta was doing for the last few seasons. They are out of here now barring something out of ordinary happens.

KK has even worst captain Shan Msood who cant even play with the SR of 100.
Shan is a good captain. You can fault him for being abit limited as a batter, but as a captain, he is up there as the second or third best. Rizwan takes the lead

I can consider him the best in Test or ODI cricket but T20 cricket doesn't suit him. He is a good player but this format is not for him.

Lahore Qalandars bowling line up is disastrously bad. Far too reliant on a declining Shaheen Afridi, and their batting is still revolving around outdated cross bat hacks like Fakhar Zaman where other teams have introduced far more technically accomplished youngsters.

Abdullah should be batting at 3 Rassi should could still do the same job at 4.

I still think KK will somehow be the first to get knocked out

Lahore and Karachi are fighting to win this title. Yesterday, Karachi had a great chance to pull it out but they botched the whole thing.

The way KK is losing matches so quickly I think they will be out of this PSL even before Lahore :D

Hence proved LQ was not Real Madrid and Shaheen couldn't copy Zinedine Zidane.

PSL play-off qualification scenario so far.

Currently, Islamabad United, Quetta Gladiators, and Karachi Kings are in contention for the remaining two playoff positions. Quetta, with two matches left against Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans, requires just one more victory to confirm their playoff berth.

On the other hand, Karachi Kings must win their remaining two matches against Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi to remain in the playoff race. Furthermore, Karachi is dependent on either Islamabad United or Quetta Gladiators losing all their remaining matches for a chance to secure a playoff spot.

Islamabad United just need to win their last match against Multan Sultans to secure a spot in the next stage.

If Karachi Kings lose one of their matches, both Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United will automatically qualify for the playoffs.

It's better for KK to be left out because they really don't deserve to go to the playoffs with such a pathetic team combination.
