We will probably go back to the 90's and 2008 to 2018 where PPP and PML N go at each other. This current romance is only lasting because of their united opposition against IK but once he is out of the picture, they will have nothing to unite them anymore.

What elections..there won't be any for a good few years...some local bakwaas here and there but that's it. The boys will bring in some technocrats and slowly get rid of the majority of these losers..they will then rig an election to give biloo rani the premiership on a historically low turnout. Well thats the plan anyway..

But Allah swt is the best of planners. They said Khan was finished last year. Everyone forget the mehngai nons3nse? The economy is tanking. People can't eat. FDI has practically collapsed. The only way is to completely wipe out the PTI as if it didn't exist which won't happen.

You see if they black list the PTI it wil just rise again with a different name. You can't stop this desire anymore. Young people especially have been steeled on the streets now. A blade is first created from a block of metal. Hammered and shaped in fire. Only then does it become a cutting weapon. Do you think young people like Tayaba Raja and Co will sit back after this year? They are the future PTI and they are coming.

Khan has already created a cadre of young turks. Muras Saeed, Hamaad Azhar, Farrukh Habib and many more. Not to forget his own nephew who will probably fight now too. These guys have all been steeled in fire and on the Street now.

We will simply move back to pre pti era where PML, PPP and the army will take turns to rape the country.

Of course there are no consequences. Constitution has already been broken as 90 days have passed since dissolution of assemblies and it has been already more than 90 days since caretaker govts took over.

Even if the elections do happen, what guarantee is there they will be fair elections. No election in Pakistan history has close to being fair and I'm pretty sure the next one will break all records of vote rigging.

ISLAMABAD: Former Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) secretary Kanwar Dilshad has said that the next elections are possible only at least after nine months, not before May 2024.

Talking to The News here on Tuesday, he explained that the delimitation of constituencies on the basis of census 2023 will take four months, which will follow the revision of electoral rolls on the basis of new headcount.

Dilshad said that the process of revision of electoral rolls, inviting objections and printing the final voters list will take three months. After that, two months, a minimum of 54 days, are required for the election schedule. According to the former ECP secretary, four months for delimitation, three months for finalising voters list, and two months for election schedule will make the next election possible not before May 2024.

He said that he is telling all this on the basis of his experience, and those ignoring the factor of revision of electoral rolls should go through the Election Act 2017.

Dilshad said that delimitation of the constituencies will be followed by preparation of fresh electoral rolls. “It’s mandatory,” he said, adding, it can’t be ignored.
