In 2024, Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Fakhar Zaman and Saim Ayub were among the top scorers for Pakistan in the T20I format, while Imad wasim and Mohammed Amir made an unexpected comeback in the shorter format side while Shaheen Shah Afridi, Abbas Afridi and Haris Rauf ended up as the top 3 wicket takers for Pakistan in the T20I format 2024.

Although 2024 wasn't a bright year for Pakistan given the poor show in the T20I format. But despite this underwhelming show which players entertained you the most and in your opinion could be reckon as the best T20 performer of 2024?

Yeah true...but among the lots...Naseem is my pick. He did great in T20 WC 2024 especially against India, in domestics helped IU clinch another title.

Have to go with Usman Khan but in all seriousness is has been a mess for Pak in t20 this year, if I had to pick would be between Saim Ayub or Shaheen

Haris and Shaheen were my picks where I got confused but I went with Shaheen. WHy? Because he is more consistent so far than Haris.

Haris did well in Australia but he has been a spray gun in the next games... So shaheen for me.

Table above says F. Zaman has a strike rate of 152 this year, despite not actually opening for the team. Considering he is naturally an opener, this is quite impressive and raises the question of whether not playing him as an opener is one of the biggest blunders of the 2020s.

No doubt rizwan is selfish and a statpadder. What about misbah who was even worse with even more pathetic stats?

This award should be T20 Mujrim of the Year. Plenty of candidates in that category: Rizwan, Amir, Imad, Azam Khan, Shadab.

The amount of garbage, match-losing performances in this format from Pakistani players are just too many this year.
