Why do people like Amir, Imad and Kamran kiss up to Indian cricketers?

When Kohli scored his comeback century, some of our ex cricketers like Mohammad Ami, Imad Wasim and even Kamran Akmal celebrated it as if they scored that 100. They continued to post stuff on it.

Yet, when babar scored his comeback 100, same cricketers are quiet.

Knowing how Indians view Pakistan, why are these cricketers always trying to kiss up to Indians?

A lot of people have mentioned about Babar Azam 100 on social media including some retired cricketers.

Well one player is Kohli who has had an ATG career already and has played match winning innings around the world and in world cups, and has always valued team success over anything and has put in the hard yards to shape himself into the athlete he is. A comeback hundred for such a player who has already played his peak and has massively contributed to the game is well-worthy of admiration for any cricket lovers.

The other is Babar who has failed over and over again, has barely won anything, wasted his peak years, treated his 100 as if he just won an ICC trophy, made comments about ignoring his critics only to score 34 @65 the next game back to business.

He still got heavily praised by ex-cricketers but I don't blame any for not valuing it as much. He needs to keep his head down and treat this as just a beginning that he needs to work forward from, not a career-defining milestone.

Looks like you have seen nothing from Shoaib Akhtar yet.
