Why is Mohammad Hafeez still fielding at slip?

We all know who I'm talking about, the guy has about a 50% catch rate and he's still fielding at slip. How many more catches does he have to drop for us to remove him from the slip cordon.

Shouldn't even be in the side, but that's a whole other debate.

No way is this guy going anywhere any time soon. Should be done with tests after this series and in odis next year champions trophy should be his last games for Pakistan. He is 35 years old, no need to invest any more time and games in someone who drops vital catches and struggles away from home.

He should not be there . Everyone drops catches but you still trust your best catchers and he is certainly not one .

That was most likely the best I've seen Rahat bowl and it was a fantastic spell by him, which deserved a wicket and it would have been that of the best batsman in the world.

What a shame it was all for nothing, thanks to Mr "I'm blessed in all facets".

Drop him for the next game (unless he plays a match-saving knock or hits a ton), bring in Rizwan and play Azhar as an opener for the next game.

Good when dravid was out of form for 2 years...but hafeez imhas never been in form in his career...adding insult to t injury is his dropping and fuel to t fire is his smile and quotes"blessed to be good in all 3 facets"

He's anything but cursed in all three areas of t game(batting, bowling, catching)

In ODIs he would hv still made a cut with bowling but he shd hv nvr been a part of test team outside Asia. Also, the fact that we have failed to groom or produce even one all rounder has really helped Hafeezs cause.

Hafeez knows that if Bhat manages to get into the team again then days are numbered that's why he wasn't in favor of Aamir's return coz he knew once Aamir would be in more likely Bhat wd follow.
