Will Khalistan ever get its independence?

India's obsession with linking Khalistan to Pakistan is endless

Canada Puts Pakistan-Supported Khalistani Terrorists on No-Fly List

The Canadian government has banned Pakistan supported terrorists based on intelligence inputs. Sources told CNN-News18 that Parupkar Dullai alias Parry Dullai, Bhagat Singh Brar and Satinderpal Gill were put on the no-fly list by the Canadian government.

The federal court of Canada on Thursday also upheld the government’s decision based on the confidential information provided by the safety minister. In its plea, the Canadian government said there is “reasonable ground to believe” that these individuals can commit a terrorist act. It also said that their inclusion in the list is justified and their court challenge has been dismissed.

Parry Dullai is said to be a close associate of NDP leader Jagmeet Singh. He runs a channel called “Channel Punjabi” from Surrey and “Global TV” from Chandigarh.

Dullai belongs to the Dasmesh Gurdwara in Surrey.

Meanwhile, Gill is said to have spent time in Pakistan. Brar is the son of Pakistan-based Khalistani separatist Lakhbir Singh Rode.

This is a stark reminder that Khalistan Terrorism remains a major threat to global security.

It has come days after Canada dignified Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Nijjar in Parliament. Canada’s Parliament on Tuesday marked the one-year anniversary of the death of Nijjar by holding a moment of silence in the House of Commons.

Nijjar was gunned down in Canada’s Surrey, outside a parking lot on June 18 last year. The Indian government had put him on a list of ‘designated terrorists’ under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

Government officials familiar with the developments had told CNN-News18 that this is ‘not something new’. “This is not new and they openly support Khalistani groups. Drug money and (proceeds from) weapons smuggling is used for attacking India and radicalising Indian youth. Nijjar was a Babbar Khalsa Associate and involved in multiple terror activities in India,” the officials had said.

Has Khalistan got its independence yet in Canada?

I am getting tired of this wait, any update folks with knowledge???

Punjab Shiv Sena Leader Attacked With Swords On Busy Road, Critical

Even a policeman accompanying him for security did not deter a group of men from attacking a Punjab Shiv Sena leader with swords in the middle of a busy street in Ludhiana on Friday, allegedly over his controversial remarks against Sikhs.

A video of the incident shows two 'Nihangs' - members of a warrior Sikh sect who are usually dressed in blue and carry traditional weapons - brutally assaulting the Shiv Sena leader, Sandeep Thapar, while a third keeps the policeman at bay with the help of others.

The leader can be seen riding a scooter with the cop riding pillion when he is accosted by two of the attackers. They have a conversation and Mr Thapar can be seen folding his hands but one of the men starts assaulting him with a sword which appears to be blunt. As the cop tries to intervene, he is taken to the side of the road by a third man.

The first man hits Mr Thapar repeatedly with the weapon on his face and neck as people in vehicles behind him move back. Mr Thapar loses balance and falls to the road with the scooter, when he is attacked by the second man. As he sits on the road with a bloody shirt, the two men ride away with his scooter.

The Shiv Sena leader was taken to a hospital, where his condition is said to be critical.

Police sources said Mr Thapar was returning after attending a trust event and the 'Nihangs' attacked him because they were angry about his controversial statements against Sikhs.

Ludhiana Deputy Police Commissioner Jaskaran Singh Teja said a case has been registered, the accused have been identified and will be arrested soon.

Shiromani Akali Dal leader Harsimrat Kaur has attacked the AAP-led government in Punjab and said the incident is indicative of a law-and-order collapse.

Posting a video of the attack on X, Ms Kaur wrote, "Just received a report of an extremely disturbing incident in Ludhiana where a person was attacked with swords despite being accompanied by a security personnel. The manner in which such violent attacks are being conducted in broad day light in busy areas indicates a total collapse in the law and order situation in Punjab. CM @BhagwantMann shud be wake up from his slumber (sic) and take corrective measures immediately."

Worst is people used to look down upon you when you go to study , things are changing now as illegal immigration of Punjab’s true face is coming out.
Still its late.

NIA extradites most wanted Pro-Khalistan Element, Tarsem Singh from Abu Dhabi

In a major breakthrough, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has extradited the most wanted Pro-Khalistan Element (PKE), Tarsem Singh from Abu Dhabi. The suspect was brought to India on Friday morning and was arrested by the NIA on charges under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). Singh is brother of Lakhbir Singh Sandhu alias Landa, who hails from Tarn Taran, Punjab, and is presently believed to be operating from Canada. The suspect is associated with Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), officials said.

According to NIA, Tarsem has been involved in conspiracy to carry out an RPG attack on Punjab Police Intelligence Headquarters in May 2022 and RPG attack on Sarhali Police station in Tarn Taran in December, 2022. He has been named by NIA in multiple chargesheet for allegedly having close contacts with drug smugglers, Khalistani operatives in Pakistan and other countries.”Through the complex network of operatives based abroad, they have been recruiting, motivating and handling their associates in India to carry out terrorist activities, extortion and cross-border smuggling of weapons and drugs into India,” according to the NIA.

The PKEs based abroad have linkages with major gangs operating in North India, including local gangsters, organized criminal syndicates and networks. “Investigations have also revealed a complex mechanism of fund raising for the BKI and Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF), whose chief Hardeep Singh Nijjar was gunned down by unidentified men in Canada last year.

As per NIA, a former gangster, Harwinder Singh Sandhu alias Rinda is now a very important BKI member and Khalistani operative. “In the year 2018-19, he fled to Pakistan illegally and is currently living there under the patronage of ISI, and is involved in commission of terrorist activities against India. Rinda is involved in various offences like smuggling of arms, ammunition explosives and drugs into Indian territory from Pakistan, recruitment of BKI operatives, murders, raising funds for BKI through extortion, in the states of Punjab and Maharashtra,” said a senior North Block official.

Landa was initially involved in criminal and gangster related activities. In 2017, he left for Canada and continued his activities from there. He was also the mastermind of the conspiracy to kill Punjab Police SI Dilbagh Singh in August, 2022.

Khalistan will be a loss for Indian Sikhs, and will be a gain for others. If Khalistan is formed, Indian Sikhs living all over India would have to move to the new homeland. With Sikhs being a prosperous community, their business and properties will be usurped by others, or bought at throw away prices. That is why there is no support for Khalistan among Sikhs living all over India. They are better off having access to the entire country, and being over represented in many fields, while also having a province to call their home where only a Sikh can become the chief minister.

Is India purposely trying to frame Khalistan?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Delhi Police said they are probing a possible Khalistani link to a blast at the CRPF school in Rohini’s Prashant Vihar area. It has written to Telegram, a messaging app, seeking information about a group claiming responsibility for the explosion in a purported social media post on the platform.

The purported message, posted on Sunday evening (October 20), said the blast was in retaliation to the alleged targeting of pro-Khalistan separatists by Indian agents. The claim was made by Justice League India using a clip of the blast with a “Khalistan Zindabad” watermark at the bottom, and circulated on social media platforms.

“If Indian coward agency and their master think they can hire filthy goons to target our members to silence our voice then they live in fools world. They can’t imagine how close we are to them and how capable we are to strike anytime #KhalistanZindabad #JLI,” (sic) the Justice League India said in the post along with the clip.

The Delhi Police, however, has not yet received a response from Telegram. So far, during the investigation, no organisation’s name has surfaced while the authenticity of claim on Telegram is still being verified.

The strong explosion on Sunday morning ripped through a wall but no one was hurt in the incident, which is also being probed by the National Investigation Agency (NIA). This comes against the backdrop of a series of bomb threats sent to several airlines in the last few days.

According to police sources, the blast device was a low-intensity improvised explosive device (IED) controlled with a timer or remote without shrapnel or ball bearings. It looks like the perpetrators wanted to send a message to the authorities, a senior police officer said.

The officer further said the perpetrators “intentionally” chose the spot not to harm the people but to send a message. After the explosion, teams from the NIA, National Security Guard (NSG), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and Delhi Police cordoned off the area and forensic experts collected samples from the site.

The blast, which destroyed a portion of the school wall, window panes of nearby shops, and damaged a few cars parked nearby, was captured in a CCTV camera. Police suspect that the bomb might have been placed late at night as local residents said it went off between 7.35 am and 7.40 am.

The sound of the blast was heard several hundred metres away. Videos from the spot showed thick plumes rising from the site. Residents called the explosion “intense” and reported a foul smell in the area.

Police have filed a case under sections of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) on charges of “mischief through explosion” and under the Explosives Act.

Don't fly Air India from November 1-19: Khalistani terrorist Pannun's new threat

Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun on Monday warned passengers not to fly on Air India flights from November 1 to 19, having issued a similar threat around the same time last year.

The founder of Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), who holds dual citizenship in Canada and the US, claimed that, due to the "40th anniversary of the Sikh genocide," an attack could occur on an Air India flight.

Pannun's threat comes amid several airlines in India revising multiple threat calls about potential bombings, all of which turned out to be hoaxes.

Pannun has been designated a terrorist by the Ministry of Home Affairs since July 2020 on the grounds of sedition and secessionism, as he leads SFJ, a group advocating for a separate Sikh state.

In November 2023, Pannun released a video claiming that Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport would be renamed and would remain closed on November 19, warning people against flying on Air India that day. The National Investigation Agency charged him with criminal conspiracy, promoting enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion, and various offences under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

I fear for the Sikh community. Challenging times lie ahead of them with their Khalistanis fellows throwing them all under the bus in this fiasco. The world at large has not been aware of Sikh extremism much and they have had a good image so far but now awareness about Khalistani extremism is spreading and every blunder Thiede inbred trolls commit will only impact the overall Sikh image globally.

It's reasons like these why Indians like me have no problem with these Sikh terrorists and extremists being eliminated in foreign countries.

Against the law? Absolutely!

Do I care? Absolutely not!

The Khalistan movement certainly seems to have reawakened, it can be the only reason why the BJP govt has sought to assassinate their leaders on foreign soil. Worrying times for those who want peace and prosperity in India.

Things are fine in Bharat.
Punjab is a failed province and the farmers movement is expected to be the end of all hope for upcoming few decades.

Majority of the other provinces however are doing very good, their best ever and will be the leaders of growth in Bharat.

If things were fine, I think it would be better to ignore Khalistan leaders who are sitting abroad. Why draw attention to a failing movement? Why even bother assassinating them if they are having no impact in India? It doesn't compute.

I meant that Bharat faces no threat from its citizens. Khalistani movement is a Canada backed terrorist movement which is an extremely serious concern to us. They have allegedly conducted a bomb attack in Delhi yesterday. We are getting no support from Canada when we asked them to hand over the alleged Khalistani terrorists to us. For as long as Canada continues to be a safe haven for terrorism, things are going to be challenging.

Good luck trying to separate majority innocent patriotic Sikhs from the minority Terrorist Khalistanis.

This can get messy if proper identification of Canadian Sikhs visiting India is not done.

One of my friends from Delhi told me that 3 months ago, he visited Golden Temple and he saw the picture of Bhinderwala inside the temple. He said he will not visit the temple again. The snake is slowly getting big I feel.

Same reason why I have not visited a Gurudwara in last many years. The Khalistanis have turned them into political propaganda promotion places. They’re no more the places of worship for spirituality seekers.

The Sikh image has suffered heavily due to the acts of Khalistanis.

Yes.

All these assassination attempts have made this movement come alive.

Yet another example of Modi's shortsightedness.

India will have an overseas territory of Khalistan in good ol' Kaneda soon :D.
Actually it makes a lot of sense to create the Empty Land in Canada. All its supporters are there, and even the government is sympathetic to them. They can give up one of the icy northern provinces and create the Empty Land there.

Gangster Joginder Geong, Linked To Arsh *****, Brought Back From The Philippines

In a major milestone of active collaboration between Delhi and Haryana Police forces, gangster Joginder Geong, who is booked in at least 24 cases, has been brought to the country from the Philippines.

The Delhi Police’s special cell had been closely monitoring the developments of emerging nexus of joining of hands between Kaushal Chaudhary and Davinder Bambhia crime syndicates.

This access to Bambhia’s network was facilitating criminal exchanges of Kaushal Chaudhary with Pro Khalistani Elements (PKEs) sitting abroad, particularly Lucky Patial and Arsh *****, who are running an active module of Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF), a banned terrorist organization.

The cell identified one Joginder Geong alias Joga Don as a critical off-shore node in manpower and logistics network fuelling this terror-crime nexus.

Joginder Geong and his brother Surender Geong (killed in police action), a hardcore criminal of Haryana, had carried out many criminal activities in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Delhi NCR.

Joginder’s location, movements and activities were tracked by the special cell in Philippines and the detailed intelligence was shared with Haryana Police, which provided actionable inputs and, thereafter, joint request was placed before Central Agencies for getting Geong detained and deported back to India from his hiding place in Bacold City, Philippines, where he had assumed a fake ID.

With focussed efforts, the criminal has been brought back to India and, subsequently arrested on the night intervening 1-2 Feb, 2025.

Accused Joginder Geong had spread his tentacles in the areas of Karnal, Panipat, Kaithal etc. and was attempting to re-establish a network for extorting money from doctors, contractors, liquor vendors and other financially well-off businessmen.

His involvement with terror-criminal nexus is evident from the fact that even after his first deportation from South Africa in the year 2007, and subsequent release from jail, he again fled to the Philippines by managing a new identity, suspected to have been facilitated by trans-national terror networks.

After settling down in the Philippines, he re-organised his gang and started his criminal enterprise and, further got fully involved in the terror network of Arsh *****, a designated and wanted terrorist of KTF.

The Bambhia syndicate, being currently operated by wanted fugitive Lucky Patial, also came on board, having fraternal relationship with Kaushal Chaudhary’s syndicate and soon, Joginder Geong rose to be a key planner and organiser of manpower, harbouring fugitives, moving narcotics and weapons as a logistical hub to facilitate the activities of these criminal networks, which committed sensational killings of Ex- SOPU President Vicky Midhukhera, Gurlal Brar and noted Kabaddi player Sandeep Nangal Ambia in the recent years.

Sikhs' successful referendum to make Khalistan concludes in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES (Dunya News) – The voting process for the referendum to establish Khalistan in the city of Los Angeles, California successfully concluded on Monday.

Over 35,000 Sikhs participated in the voting to create Khalistan in Indian Punjab. The Sikh community from across the United States arrived in large numbers to cast their votes, with the voting starting at 9 AM at the Civic Center, and there was a strong turnout.

At the conclusion of the voting, Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, the leader of Sikhs for Justice, announced in his speech that the next Khalistan referendum would be held on August 17 in Washington, D.C., and thanked the Trump administration for allowing the referendum to take place.

Pannu stated that Sikhs around the world are sending a clear message to India through their votes that they do not want to remain under Indian control, and they will respond to India’s bullets with their votes.

During the referendum, Sikh leaders spoke to the media and emphasised that the time has come for Sikhs to establish their independent state.

They severely criticised the Indian government, claiming that the administration of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is involved in assassination attempts on Sikhs in the US, Canada, and other countries, but despite these attacks, the Khalistan movement will not be stopped.

Sikh leaders stated that the participation of over 35,000 Sikhs in the voting process is a clear indication of the strength of the Khalistan movement.

Tbh Sikhs should’ve had their own national, shouldve demanded to form a separate country, in 47. Maybe Khalistan or Punjabistan. Sikhs, Bengalis, should’ve had a separate country to begin with in 47, without being part of another country.

Bhai, dont parade your zero knowledge about things!
Shaant ho ja.
Capital of Punjab has been and will be Lahore, we will take it which is outright our right.

I think Sikhs deserve their own country.

Also, a weaker/balkanized India is very good for the region since India tend to cause issues in neighboring countries. :inti

Quite possible. I have never seen such a hostile sikh. Could be an impostor.

The sikhs I know in real life are anti-Modi and/or friendly in general. :inti

Agreed sweep shot bro. Sikhs are friendly in general they do a lot of positive for the society. :inti

Sikhism is a dying religion this is their last chance to get khalistan, their birth rate is too low in 100 years they will be absorbed into Hinduism.
Sikhism is not a dying religion , it will never die due to its beautiful scriptures.

It’s going through tough time due to its illiterate followers that want to play victim but it’s one of the best religions that enables it’s true followers with great spirituality.

Another hindutva speaking (or more accurately posting) on behalf of Sikhs.

Only genuine Sikh I can remember posting here was @Spidy201 and he has not been around for a long while.
@Tera Gawaandi is one too, and he aligns more with your thought process.. use him as an example.

There are other ones but it will be hard for you to believe them, just like its hard for you to accept Indian Muslims.

I don't need Sikhs to align with my thought processes, I just expect them to align with their own. I met a few Sikhs during school and uni years, and they might have some different beliefs to me, but they were generally friendly and quite open.

Sometimes I feel Britstanis are so up in the fairy land they are more lost than the Pakistanis in Pakistan...
All they know is their washed out version of Punjab, stripped of its cultural and linguistic roots thanks to the state imposed Islamist ideology.

Its even funnier when UK Pakistanis teach us about Sikhs and Punjab. I doubt any of them can even read a word of Gurmukhi or have even entered a Gurudwara to distribute Sikh certificates.

Sikhs and Shakha have a long history, most align with Hindus against extremist ideologies. Pakistanis wouldn't know, as expected.
Trends have changed in the last 4-5 years bhai. Corruption of Akalis and AAP's courting of Khalistanis started ruining things in the late last decade and farm bill simply gave these nutter a chance to squeeze in with Canada openly interfering with their dollar flow.
There have been missteps by the BJP and some tension has arisen. Yes, But what tickles my funny bone is that Muslims of Pakistan will cheer rise of a true Sikh state. :ROFLMAO:
True Khalistan is what Maharaja Ranjit Singh had built. Have a look at the cities it should have. ISI sponsored nahi hone jo apna birth right bhul jaange. Our entire history is fighting the Mughals and these worshippers of Aurangzeb think we will ever align with them :ROFLMAO:.

and just like the good Taliban and Bad Taliban narrative. Pakistani posters are doing the same routine with me Good Sikh/ fake Sikh thoughts. Pakistani ISI keep inciting and propping up radicals to disturb peace in the neighborhood and then goes
"Oh they have become Bad".

An Independent Khalistan demand had some logic, if it ever had, in the 70s and 80s when Punjab basically fed the whole of India and was the most prosperous state. We, living here know the real facts and the reality has changed dramatically. We are even behind Haryana and Himachal in so many parameters now.

Pakistanis who live in Pakistan might hate India, but they very much don't live in a parallel universe like Britistanis do.
They obviously don't hate India as is the other way round. Pakistani actresses are literally twerking in Indian films and selling their soul to make it in Bollywood. Pakistan is a failed state

The irony of them aligning with sikhs, giving them a city is uncharted. If it wasn't for British, Sikh empire would still be ruling

I couldn't care less. They decided to break away from us in 1947, and we now have nothing to do with any of their happiness or trouble.

What is the demographics for Sikhism? Demographics suggest only Islam is growing.
Given their representation and visible numbers, especially given their large populations in the billion + population of india, their population is considerably higher than the statistics show.

They have vast communities in Midlands and Yorkshire yet barely show up on the census. Peculiar

I couldn't care less. They decided to break away from us in 1947, and we now have nothing to do with any of their happiness or trouble.
It's funny really, I'd say a sizeable portion of Pakistan has favourable opinion of India. I mean, Pakistan revived a competition, spent considerable money commensurate to its standing, for India to regain a trophy that Pakistan took from them in ignominious fashion 8 years prior

Credit to the resident sikh community of Bharat which despite propaganda, noise and provocations remain an integral part of the country and among the most patriotic and progressive communities in the country with rich contributions in armed forces, sports and with a very visible presence in government agencies and corporate sector.

At this point, it is safe to say the resident Sikh community in Bharat and the Khalistanis abroad are two distinct group of people.

As much as certain people hope that the Khalistan movement becomes as big as Baloch movement, the ground reality is that while Baloch movement is very hot and troublesome for the Pakistan establishment with huge mobilisation of Baloch people within Pakistan against the government , on the other hand Khalistan movement is still composed mostly of non resident Sikhs while the vast majority of resident Sikhs do not align themselves with their ideology.

The funny thing is this is the Pakistan mindset. What is 'khalistan'?!. Kartarpur was forced by sikh dispora and the same one will take back their sites they hold of importance, all in Pakistan.

There's a statue of ranjit, the great oppressor, rapist, in Lahore :facepalm
