That's an insult to Shadab. Unlike Chahal, Shadab is a handy bat and a livewire on the field.Poor man's Shadab Khan
Yeah, Rohit is such a letdown as an Indian captain.Rohit is a clueless captain and his body language is terrible too.
It’s one thing captaining a joke franchise side in a poor league and another thing when captaining the national side at international level.

As for their main discipline which is bowling, Shadab wins hands down.
When was the last time he dived to take a catch or stop a boundary?![]()
I hardly catch the IPL so I'm not sure if he's emerged from there, but based on 1 gamein the Asia Cup, I'd take Bishnoi over Chahal. He has some potential quality and air about him.
Never took to Chahal for some reason. Always preferred Kuldeep Yadav but Chahal was Kohli's favorite, it seems, and he even picked some nobody once to avoid playing Kuldeep.
The way Kohli destroyed Kuldeep's confidence and career is lesson for every budding captain how not to deal with a special talent.I hardly catch the IPL so I'm not sure if he's emerged from there, but based on 1 gamein the Asia Cup, I'd take Bishnoi over Chahal. Oh yeah. No idea. Maybe he didn't have a great recent IPL which seems to be the metric nowadays for selection and superstardom.Whatever happened to Varun Chakrawarthy who played in WC? He was better than Chahal.

I liked what I saw of him. He is feisty and isn't a timid character like Chahal.Your views on Bishnoi?

God save us in T20s if he is what you're claiming him to be.Still the best T20 spinner in India.
God save us in T20s if he is what you're claiming him to be.
He was selected because he had like 8-9 variations and for any team who is seeing him first time, they would have struggled to pick him. So, he was basically a short term plan for WT20 last year. Unfortunately it backfired poorly as he looked innocuous and didn't even had the surprise element which a lot of other spinners have atleast in their first two years. Now, he is gone behind anyways.
He goes for plenty even if he gets wickets. His batting is non-existent and fielding is below average. He is lucky to have played so many matches for India being a one trick pony and that too below average at it.A spinner in t20is should not have an economy rate over 8 and in ODIs 5+
He's be given preferential treatment over Kuldeep around 2019 wc afterwards. He goes for plenty even if he gets wickets. His batting is non-existent and fielding is below average. He is lucky to have played so many matches for India being a one trick pony and that too below average at it
Bhajji can have him in his XI. India needs Kuldeep and another spinner that can actually bat. You don't want last 4 in the XI that do not know how to hold a bat.Former India player Harbhajan Singh hailed Yuzvendra for his bowling display in the 17th season of the tournament, He said:
“He is champion cricketer. There is no one like him in world cricket. I am a big fan of him. He is the only spinner, who is bowling like a spinner in the Indian Premier League."
“He is bowling slow and is not afraid of flighting the ball. The spinners ball fast these days to avoid getting hit by the batters but Yuzi is different. Even if he goes for a six or four, he doesn’t change his style of bowling.”
He has been doing well in IPL but unfortunately never gets to play the World Cup. He might not be a good batter but his bowling is better but I guess he might not play the upcoming world cup solely for the reason that his bat game is poor as hell.Former India player Harbhajan Singh hailed Yuzvendra for his bowling display in the 17th season of the tournament, He said:

He had a decent T20 career for a period of 1 or 2 years. But he regressed. THat is not the only issue. He has zero batting skills. Zero fielding skills. Zero catching skills. It is like playing with 10 batsmen. This guy is always an IPL bully but he never played a T20 World Cup before if I am not wrong here. Taking 200 wickets in a league is no joke but Kuldeep will always play ahead of him because of his consistency and impact as a left-arm chinamen.
Also correct me if I'm wrong. Isn't he more prone to get hit for too many runs often than Kuldeep? He had a decent T20 career for a period of 1 or 2 years. But he regressed. Yes, he is TBH. Kuldeep is much more compact and intelligent than Chahal. Also correct me if I'm wrong. Isn't he more prone to get hit for too many runs often than Kuldeep?
yes. Under lights. Klassen vs Chahal is one way traffic. Also correct me if I'm wrong. Isn't he more prone to get hit for too many runs often than Kuldeep?
What a start for him, he took 5 wickets for only 14 runs in 10 overs, which included 5 maiden overs. His spell helped Northamptonshire to bowl out Kent for only 82.Yuzvendra Chahal Joins Northamptonshire
Northamptonshire County Cricket Club are delighted that Indian international Yuzvendra Chahal will join the club for the final One Day Cup match at Kent and the remaining five County Championship fixtures.
The leg-spinner will join up with the squad ahead of Wednesday’s trip to Canterbury before being available for the rest of the red-ball campaign.
The 34-year-old became the first player in IPL history to take over 200 wickets and he brings tons of experience to the County and is excited to get together with his new teammates at the back of the 2024 season.
Also previously an India youth international in the sport of chess, Chahal spent time at Kent in the 2023 season, taking nine wickets in two of their final three Division One matches of the campaign.
Head Coach John Sadler is thrilled to add Chalal to his squad and is expecting him to add extra variety and depth to the club’s bowling attack.
“Yuzvendra is another high-profile overseas player who brings with him a wealth of experience and some incredible skills,” he said.
“His record speaks for itself and his wicket-taking ability will add strength to our attack.”

She probably felt like the man in the relationship, his physique is quite embarrassing not just as an athlete but as a man.
Think I saw pic of his wife picking him up as well, to show what a cuck he is.
Yes, rule no.1...never make yourself laughing stock in front of wife. Then she will never respect you. Not only his wife but Andrew Symonds also once hold him by collar and hung him in balcony when both playing for Mumbai Indians. Yuzi used to think telling these stories will make him look cute but it actually made him look weak.
Pretty much this.Sincerely hope that Chahal is consigned to IPL only and never ever comes anywhere near Indian team. With great difficulty Indian cricket has got rid of him.
He should not be brought back in the fold on the back of these good for nothing performances.

Quote simple actually.Why????
Whenever I’ve seen him play albeit it’s mostly only been Pak v Inda encounters, he’s always bowled really well. Troubles the batsmen with his variations and spin. Always a tough bowler to pick and hit.
So why so much hate. Saying this as a Pak fan and I wouldn’t like our team to face him.
