What did I say? He is a better bowler than him while Saad is the better batsman. Both are utility cricketers, that's it.

You are looking too much into his performance vs Zimbabwe, let's see how he bowls against quality lineups. That is when the difference between utility and specialist cricketers is exposed.

Nasim looked like a specialist batsman vs. Bangladesh and Wasim is looking like a specialist bowler here. Reality however is different - if either of them are fixtures in the playing XI, than it does not bode well for the quality of your team.
 
If there is a person who will stop us from winning the World T20 it's Afridi with his bad bowling, batting and captaincy

No one called Imran III Pride of Peshawar; he is very unproven as of yet, needs more games to be properly assessed.

Don't attempt to hide your embarrassment over another terrible display by Shehzad, and jumping the gun early in Rizwan's knock.
 
Imad is pulling a Binny on Zimbabwe. Hopefully this won't remain the highlight of his career.

Imad is looking unplayable. Will be very important if we are to win the world cup. [MENTION=131701]Mamoon[/MENTION] sean williams is a very very good player of spin. Ordinary spinner cant get him out
 
Umpiring has been shocking, but pretty much everyone has looked good with the ball except for Afridi and Imran III.

Anyone can dismiss anyone on any given day. Make no mistake, he has bowled very well, but there is little evidence so far that he will be good enough to be a permanent player in the ODI/T20 team.

I'd say he is more Jadeja-esque than Razzaq, and Indian learned their lesson when they advertised Jadeja as a world class all-rounder.

I will sit on the fence with Imad until further evidence.

When your captain is the worst performer in the team I think imad has more than justified his place for atleast a half dozen games. :afridi is the one who needs to be kicked out.

So Shoaib Malik performing against Zimbabwe was revival of his career and Imad Wasim is a utility cricketer performing against Zimbabwe and needs to prove himself against bigger teams?

No it hasn't.

Only Raza decision you could say was 50/50 being given out LBW, but he was most likely stumped anyway and the rest have been fine.
 
Afridi is finished as a bowler. Cannon-fodder these days.

How will he last till the World T20. Batsmen will eat him for breakfast there.
 
What a performance by Imad. He might spare the blushes of our batsmen barring Rizwan and Malik
 
Afridi is such a waste of space! Rather had Aamir Yamin okay and Malik be captain

Malik is already a proven performer at this level, he just needs to get his confidence back. Imad is a rookie at this level, and thus needs to perform against better teams to prove his long-term utility.

Malik has done it against India, South Africa and a quality Sri Lanka etc. in the past.

Our captain won us a game in last series. We are not fickle as indian fans. There is the door.

There is nothing to 'hate' about Imad. He is not a shoda like your hero, and seems to have good attitude.

Only question is his performance against better quality sides because he has not played them yet. Where is the hate here?
